I called up Esteamed to help us out after we hosted Thanksgiving at our house. Someone dropped their Thanksgiving dinner on our carpet and it not a pretty sight. I tried to clean it myself but was not successful in my attempt. Esteamed came out and did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet and he was able to get the stain out. Our carpet looked brand new. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

These guys came and cleaned carpets in three rooms for me this week. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough throughout. I liked everything about the way they handled the visit.
One guy showed up with a van in the morning and checked the rooms where the work would happen. I cleared out all the light furniture beforehand, but the heavy pieces stay put. He carefully checked everything for unusual stains or other issues, and patiently explained everything he was going to do. He even went through considerations for pets with the chemicals they use, which I verified online are safe (hydrogen peroxide is the worst of them).
He needed a hose faucet to run back to his van, and then set up to clean. Setup took a little more than five minutes. He went through and soaked all the carpet, then came back in with a hot water and suction wand. The place got pretty steamy; had to open the windows. The difference was immediately amazing. My carpets were pretty trashed, and now look like I might get another five years or more out of them (YMMV).
He checked back later via email to see if any stains had returned. The whole thing was $ 120 even, which is a standard rate. Other places start with a lower estimate, but add up special fees when they get there, from what I can gather. Not the cheapest on the street, but rock solid work and it went really quickly. I checked online and evidently tipping is pretty common, maybe even expected, with this industry, so I threw in a little extra. Would definitely use these guys again.
