Love love the cute clothes and accessories !! The several times I’ve been there, Jaime always assisted me with sizes, always pointing out all the new items/​markdowns, and always gives her honest opinions on the items I try. Her professionalism and great customer service is always on point. This boutique is always a must when I’m in Mililani.

Beautiful clothes, a few of my favorite dresses that I own are from this store. Workers are friendly, they always greet you and make themselves available to you for any questions. I love the assortments of accessories, handbags, and belts. The clothes are very modern and you will not find the same item with different shipments, as they tend to restock often with different clothing. They also sell some clothing that are appropriate for the office.
Whenever shopping for clothes, Cookies is must for me.

My new favorite clothing store! Well, actually boutique. The clothes here are so cute! They have a wide variety of clothing thats reasonable and can’t really find much here as in other stores. I bought a halter top and I’m definitely coming back here to buy more.
One of my coworkers told me this place almost comes in with new stuff every week! Eek! The customer service was good. We were greeted and she made sure we were okay.

First time shopping here but i always like to just go inside and look at all the nice clothes that they have. The only reason I dont shop there is because they are kind of expensive to my opinion. But I do love all of their clothes. They are so adorable. My mom loves to shop here because you cant find these kind of clothes in well known stores. Im glad my mom took me shopping there. My mom literally spent alot of money there that she got 8 stamped full cards. Each card that you get fully stamped, you get $ 10 so I technically get like $ 80 for cookies. I cant wait till i get money so i can go back and shop there !!

I love their clothes and most of the workers in there. It’s not as expensive as other similar boutiques like Adore or In My Closet (which also has beautiful clothes) but the quality is just as nice!
Reason I give it 2 stars is for the oldest lady that works there (mayb mid/​late 40’s) that just started at this loc. Normally, they have specials during holidays (I shop there all the time so I know) so I asked if they had a sale since it was a few days away from the weekend, with no hesitation, she told me «no.» Curious, I went outside & called few other location… and they all said they have a sale!!! I guess she’s on commission so she wants to make more $.think she didn’t know? I think NOT, I called 3 other stores!!!
I went to Pearlridge, salesperson came up to me about the sale! I was happy with purchase and service! Girls are terrific there!
Just be aware of that lady at Mililani location, otherwise, the other people are honest & I will still shop there… just not when she’s there.

I love this shop! It is cute, the clothes are trendy and the sales girls and guys are so friendly. It is a bit on the pricey side but with the sale rack you could find something totally in your price range.
I don’t go there for the clothing though. I go there for the jewelry. Their jewelry is adorable, classy and cute. Their jewelry is also affordable. I bought super cute starfish earrings for $ 12 and an infinity necklace also for $ 12.
I liked the fact that the salesman put the jewelry in a cute little black drawstring jewelry bag before putting it in a shopping bag. My jewelry stayed separate and looked cute as I wrapped them up as gifts when I got home.
I usually try not to go in there because I know that if I did, I will be walking out with a shopping bag! It’s a good «problem» for them because I find what I need and more whether I am looking for anything or not. (:

My favorite place to go shopping! I’m soo happy to finally have a nice and affordable boutique in Mililani.
I especially love going in when Derryck is working! he is my favorite and always has great style tips!!! I would definitely recommend shopping at this store!

I don’t frequent Mililani whatsoever, waiting for a food order with my bf I was bored and curious so I stepped into Cookie’s because I was lured by a cute dress on the sale rack outside.
The last time I visited this store was in Hawaii Kai years ago and since then, they have definitely stepped up their game. The quality and style of the merchandise is much better than I remembered and best of all, the one staff member working that day (Sunday afternoon) was awesome.
I must say, after visiting higher-​end boutiques in Downtown recently, whose staff stick their noses up at you and barely muster a hello, it was really refreshing and pleasant to have a genuine greeting and friendly smile.
I found a couple of really cute comfy max skirts and wanted much more but having just cleaned my closet, I know I really don’t need a thing!
My experience here just goes to show how far good customer service can go, I’ll definitely be back!

I love Cookies Clothing! I walked in to the store bc there was a big sale going on and they had super cute clothes, and lots of colors. So there was a lot to choose from. The clothes vary between sizes so I would tell you to go and try them on bc I bought my friend a medium top and it looked kind of big, if there was a smaller size I probably would have gotten it for her. The clothes are kind of pricey if they are not on sale. I love the worker there he was singing and steaming the clothes. And when he asked for my information for the email newsletter thing he used my name there after. I dont know what but that totally made me smile haha. Down side they need a new logo, the logo now doesn’t show off how awesome of a store cookies is.
This is the store with the great worker! It is also next to Jeans Warehouse, next to the theater.

I can always count on finding a couple of cute pieces here. I’ve only been to the Mililani location, but I hear the Hawaii Kai one has a good selection as well. The salesperson said each location will carry some items that are specific to their store that is catered for their clientele. The prices here are really affordable so it makes purchasing on trend items more worthwhile.

The staff that works here are very friendly and very helpful. They seem to know a lot about the clothing they sell. Prices are okay. There is always a sales rack which is my favorite part of the store.
They have a variety of cute clothing. Tops, pants, dresses, scarves and handbags. Some jewelry. Also a big selection of tube tops and camis to wear under their sheer tops.

I went in, then walked out cause I realize that this store is not for guys. Its for your wife, or you girlfriend, or both!
But anyway, its a boutique style clothing store.
The only reason why Im giving them two stars is because my wife said that they were badmouthing another boutique store to her. BOOOO! What if I was the owner of that store?
How can you talk bad about another company to a stranger? Do you know we are on an island and a lot of people know a lot of people!
Yes, I understand that Unilocal is a place where you can badmouth a business… BUT that is based on experience. But for you to badmouth another business to someone you dont even know and your reasoning not making any logical sense is a No-​No.

Love this little boutique!!! Since they don’t have my size, I go there to look for accessories which they have plenty of!!! Love the rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and BAGS!!!
The staff is awesome too. Really friendly. For the most part, they check on you to see how you’re doing, but they don’t hover and make you feel pressured into buying anything!

I’d like to give this place 2 stars, but since my friend used to work here, I guess I can’t rate it THAT bad. So… my friend said, oh tell them I sent you. They won’t give you a discount, but they’ll probably give you better service. So I told them… xxxxxxx sent me and they were like cool… and the two workers kept talking up a storm while I continued to shop. It was almost as if I wasn’t even there. They asked me once, how I was doing… and I asked them a question about whether they had any other wallets similar to the one I had in my hand, and they said no. I had one in my hand that I was interested in, but the workers said, oh that one we got REALLY REALLY REALLY long time go, as if it was soooooooo last last last season. Suddenly I felt as though I didn’t want to buy the wallet anymore since 1) I’m buying something way out of style 2) they were kinda rude. And suddenly I saw all the little flaws in the wallet… and ended up not buying it.

I love this store! It has a wide variety of really reasonably priced accessories and clothes. They have every color and style of bandeau tops you can think of. Lots of different styles of tops, dresses, scarves, skirts, and I loved their selection of clutches.
The prices are all also really, really reasonable compared to other boutique style stores. I bought three bandeau tops, a skinny belt, a tank top, and a clutch all for about $ 80. For a «boutique», that’s a steal! I’ve been to other boutiques where you can pay that much for one top or one clutch.
I noticed a lot of women in their 30’s and 40’s coming in to shop. It’s definitely a boutique for women of varying ages, not just a boutique for people like me in their 20’s — which is great!
The customer service was awesome as well. I’m not sure the name of the guy who was working there, but I loved his outgoing personality and especially liked that he was greeting certain customers who came in by name. It’s nice to see they remember customers who come in regularly.
I would definitely come back! Also Isle Discount card members get 20% off on purchases over $ 60. Steal!

Stumbled upon Cookie’s Clothing in Mililani… always like to check out these little local boutique shops.

Bought a top, but after trying it on again, don’t really like the fit, so will exchange. They have a no refund policy, exchanges only w/​in 30 days, but that should be ok as it looks like they have lots of stuff to choose from… I am assuming I can exchange at another store… maybe I need to call and check… hummm
will go again…

I saw this sign for Cookies… and I was in search of dessert… well, Imagine my surprise as I got closer and realized, they don’t sell COOKIES here! It’s a clothing boutique!
So I went in to check it out anyway.
I’m not a very trendy person but Deryck, the gentleman working the boutique was very friendly and über helpful. I could tell right off the bat that fashion is his forte (not mine at all!) He did explain a lot about the styles and the designers (I could not repeat what he said) and I just look at the clothes and think, oh, that one is nice.
I ended up trying a few things on and found a couple items that I looked good in and that I could wear. There were 2 dresses that accentuated the boobies and that got a «Girl, you bubbies are huge!» from Deryck.
In any case here’s my synopsis:

Cute little women’s clothing boutique in the Mililani Town Center with cheap prices on fashionable clothing. You will definitely find some hidden gems here, and you won’t spend an arm and a leg on them.
They get new clothing in all the time and the owner actually goes around to different cities i.e. Los Angeles, etc. picking out items she wants to sell in her shops. I’ve found some amazing dresses here for $ 50 and below. They even have a clearance rack near the back for last month’s items (and I have a really cute pair of jean shorts from it). They sell dresses, shirts, scarves, tunics, bracelets, earrings, handbags, clutches, necklaces, rings, jeans, shawls, yoga pants, slacks, rompers, hats, shorts, skirts, pretty much anything a woman could ever want to wear or accessorize with!
And remember… some items may not always look so great on the rack, but the only way you’re going to know if it really looks good or not is if you try them on! And then you’ll truly know that it looks like crap. lol, just kidding. They do have two lovely dressing rooms in the back just for that purpose, and whoever is working there usually is really great with giving their outright opinion on whatever it is that you are trying on. They won’t just say, «Oh that looks great!» when it really doesn’t. Yet another great thing to love about this place
