History

Established in 1931.

Satterfield & Ryan is a family owned and operated business founded in 1931 by John Satterfield and H.W. Ryan. Mr. Ryan sold his interest in the company to our great uncle, John Satterfield, on September 24, 1932. Uncle John turned the company over to his nephew, Michael Herholdt, upon his retirement. Mike worked and ran the company until his retirement, when he handed the operation of the company over to his sons. We are the third generation.

We are a Generac Authorized dealer, providing Installation, Sales, Warranty and Service on Generac stand by generators. A permanently installed Generac home backup generator protects your home automatically. It runs on natural gas or liquid propane (LP) fuel, and sits outside just like a central air conditioning unit.
