Heard very good things about the doctors here, unfortunately I’ll never know how good they are myself. I called over a month ago and spoke to support staff about making an appointment to establish care as my new PCP. They had to send out new patient forms before they could make an appointment. Two weeks later, I never received those forms. I called back, and another one of their support staff said they would send out the forms, and confirmed my address. ANOTHER two plus weeks later, still no forms. Not going to bother calling a third time, as they’re obviously far too busy to care about their patients.
