The driver was timely and curious. We made it to the airport on time from Fairfield to LaGuardia Airport; no hassle, no worries, no problem.

I don’t recommend them. I reserved a round-​trip rides between Westport and LGA. They got the first pick-​up time wrong. One week later, when they were supposed to pick us up at LGA, no one showed up. A person who picked up my call said someone else who had taken my reservation did not record it correctly in the book. No words of apology. Unprofessional operations.

Driver was on time and courteous but the whole reservation system is a crock. I was quoted one price with a first time customer discount on the phone and charged another. Never received the discount!!! Called up and was told that it would be credited back to me. One week later and nothing. No one likes to answer the phone and I was unable to reach anyone to confirm my pick up which made me nervous. I never received a call to confirm like I was told I would the night before. When I called to book the reservation, the person on the phone was driving and I had to give my reservation info to his daughter who sounded like a teenager. Would not use again.
