Dr. Kostrzewski graduated from Tuft’s University School of Dental Medicine in 1992. Dr. K is a Fellow of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a Fellow of the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He has taught Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dentistry with the Hornbrook Group and PAC~Live at the University of the Pacific as well as many other locations in the US.
