Jimmy John’s

This place is the worst! Stay away they suck! The staff is a joke and very rude!

I have attempted to order a sandwich three times in one months time and though it was close to closing time by fifteen minutes the workers there always seem to have a excuse of why they can not make a sandwich, even for pick up. 9pm is a bit early to begin with and they should possibly look into have weekend hours. Are the workers only getting paid until 8:45? No they are paid until closing time and anyone who has ever worked in the restaurant business knows that if you have some one ordering something a minute before the closing time you do and take care of the customer. It’s called customer service and if this location wants to succeed then it should start training its staff properly. The owner of this fine establishment should be more involved in be business assuring it’s run properly. Finally If I do attempt to order from this location again and the same thing happens I’m going to write to the corporate office and see how they feel about how this location is run.

Upon exiting the restaurant i overhead one of the employees telling outdoor patrons he was going to «key my car over my parking» in the unusual parking lot. If this is how they treat their customers i will make sure to NEVER return.

The man at the register was great he said there may be a wait and I said no problem it’s the boys making the sandwhiches who are fighting and all over the place and a blonde girl was yelling at everyone it was the craziest place ever

Good stuff. Better than some but not all sandwich shops. Prices aren’t bad for the quality and sandwich size.

The help is mentally ill. Ordered a sub with «no» mayo. They just scraped the mayo off the sandwich.

This particular Jimmy John’s has gone above and beyond for me several times. I really enjoy the staff too.

The food here is as expected, it’s a sandwich shop. The people working there are very friendly and fast! I loved that when I was across town and received a call from my daughter at school saying she forgot her lunch money, I was able to call Jimmy John’s and using my credit card. I placed an order and they delivered right at her lunch time! Fast, friendly and good sandwiches and they deliver! That’s really all I ask other than a clean facility and by the way… they are clean too! :D

I hate reviewing places like this on Unilocal but the milford Jimmy Johns was on my normal rotation of places when i worked in milford. They have really nice outdoor seating, they are fast (sometimes too fast and mess up your order), and everyone likes Jimmy Johns. Some of the hidden treasures at Jimmy Johns are the seven bread, free water, and yesterdays bread. There parking kinda sucks but they make an attempt at giving you free parking so that it honorable.
