Dr. Norfolk is only interested in making money, leaving early and working out in his upstairs gym. His front office staff are rude & condescending. The Dental assistants are the best thing about this practice. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.

Dr. Norfolk is a down to earth, funny and personable person. He truly cares about his patients and is very gentle while working on you. He explains everything to you and gives you all the best options. He has state of the art equipment and a beautiful office that instantly make you relaxed and feeling right at home. He has a really friendly and very professional staff. Not only do I go, but because I always brag about him, now most of my family and friends go to him. I have been going to Dr. Norfolk since he opened his practice over 10 years ago and he always gives me the best care no matter what I go in there for.

I have been going to Dr. Norfolk for years and would not trust any one else with the task of caring for my teeth. He and his entire staff are among the friendliest and most professional people I have ever gone to for medical/​dental care. I have had everything from cleanings to fillings to crowns done by Dr. Norfolk and have never had a complaint. He is a perfectionist and that is evident in every piece of work he completes.
Prices are a bit higher than I have seen advertised by some of the dental «groups» out there but that can be expected from a private practice and the level of care here is most definitely worth it. Dental care is expensive in general so I feel I might as well get the best. Even when I was without dental insurance several years ago, and had to pay out of pocket, I kept him as my dentist; he’s THAT good.
P. S. — On a side note, his office is absolutely gorgeous inside!
