Zero Stars!!! New owners are dreadful. They are dishonest and liars and rude. I had been going to Floris for a while then it switched owners a few months back. I went in for a gel fill and was charged 40 and 5 per broken nail. It was very busy that day. Then 2 weeks later I went back and after I had sat down and started was told it would be 45 and 7 for each broken nail This day it was dead! No one was in there. So he was trying to make up his financial deficit in me. Not gonna happen. I got up and left. I had to take my nails off because she had already started them!!! WILL NEVER NEVER GO BACK. YOU SHOULDNT GO EITHER a!!!

Absolutely overpriced and the technicians are extremely rude. With a large number of nail salons in the area, I don’t know how they get away with it.

Worst gel manicure and pedicure! He even cut my finger and cuticle and didn’t apologize!

Overpriced. Destroyed my nails. Rough and rude. Never again!

Aside from them trying to push gel nails on everyone, spot is nice and on «luxury» end of nail salons. It’s very convenient to shop at Whole Foods and get your nails done.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure today, I really enjoyed the massage while getting my manicure. They could of been a little more friendly. The salon was brand new and very modern. Loved it

I go there for Gel manicures and recently got a gel pedi done. The experience is good enough, you just have to be vigilant with the person who is doing your nails because they may not do a complete job… (I’m talking about one person in particular, the male). My advice, get a female to help you out and you’ll be golden!

Today was my second time visiting Floris and unfortunatly… it was just as blah as the last visit. The first time I visited I had a $ 50 spa pedicure and after I was done I was not happy that I even bothered spending the money. I can scrub my own legs in salt scrub and wrap them in plastic wrap! What bothered me the most was that the actual paint chipped shortly after I had the pedicure, and usually my pedicures last a couple weeks. If their services were worth the $ 50 I would have no issue shelling out the money, but honestly it’s really a waste.
When I visited today, I figured why not go in and get a mani/​pedi with my mom and get basic services and pay less. I asked the lady how much a mani/​pedi was and she told me $ 25. I agreed and my mom and I picked out our polish colors. The pedicure was the quickest and WORST pedicure I have EVER had. I really could have done the exact same thing at home! She was messy and got paint on my skin and didn’t even clean it up, REALLY? Then she did my manicure which was AVERAGE and ho hum. When she told me it was time to pay… the total was $ 37 and change for the mani/​pedi. So it was actually 12 dollars more expensive then what I was told and the quality was not good at all. I won’t be visiting this salon again!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! unprofessional, unfriendly service. I specifically asked my nail technician not to file down my natural nails during my manicure so as to not damage them, but he was rude and dismissive, and would not stop even after I repeatedly pulled my hands away and told him to stop. He rudely grunted in some type of primitive acknowledgment, but would pull my hands back and go right back to doing the same thing. He needs to learn the meaning of «STOP». I got up and left the salon mid-​treatment because he was being so rude and not listening to what I was telling him– I have never even THOUGHT of doing that before, that’s how awful they were.

The only thing nice about this place was the way it looked. The girl who did my pedicure sat in front of me with her legs wide open in a MINI skirt so that I had to stare at her private area for the duration of it. She took an eternity to finish and all the French manicure lines were different sizes. I also paid for a massage that A four year old could have done better. With the manicure she got the paint all over my cuticles and didn’t take off all the previous color so you can see it through the paint. Because I am not mean, I decided not to complain but rather to never return. I put her tip that she didn’t deserve in the strap of my top to give to her because my nails were wet. I left and forgot to give her the tip because I was talking with friends who I went with. As I was getting in my car she ran out to me and said why you no tip? You no like service? I had honestly forgot but now she also embarrassed me in front of my friends. I will never go here again and I only recommend going here if you enjoy getting regular vagina flashes and shotty work.

Started going here after a disaster at another local salon and went with a basic Mani/​Pedi to get a feel for the place. Loved it — thought the service was friendly and prompt and Cindy did a great job on my nails, so I have gone back several times. Have had the OPI Color put on (again, all with Cindy) and she did a great job; also love that sometimes they have a massage girl giving shoulder/​back/​head massages while you are getting your nails done. Am so disappointed on the days when she isn’t there or is busy doing nails!
Anyway, they are all friendly, the prices are reasonable for a «higher-​end» type nail salon, the place is clean and they have a great variety of services.

Pros: It’s a nice new place, one of the girls and the owners were very friendly, it’s only $ 10 for a regular manicure (my usual place is $ 12)
Cons: It is a VERY basic manicure. She did not shape my nails nicely. Other places will do a parrafin dip or scrub, this place did a little moisturizer — I could’ve done a better job at home. To top it all off, she broke skin cutting my cuticles and pretended nothing happend (the clipper seemed dull too — there was a lot of tugging). After she sprayed and used remover, it wasn’t hurting, I just kept dabbing it on the towel… until she put the base coat on! it started to burn and ache. So I said «do you have something to make it stop bleeding? the polish is really stinging» and she acted like she never noticed it!
As she painted, she was told she had to do a pedi for someone waiting, so she rushed through the rest of the painting — i picked a dark color and I can see through the nails, polish was old too.
I would NOT reccomend this place.

Not worth the money. Can get the same service down the street for ½ the price. Was also told tipping is only in cash. When I paid partly with a gift certificate I told the woman to charge the remaining amount + tip. She said she would charge it this time but next time she couldn’t. I was only going to tip 15% and she corrected me stating she could only charge the tip if it was 20%. Classy!!!

I’ve noticed other reviews online that express a more happy sentiment for this place, but seriously — I am so not impressed. Granted, the salon is very nice, and it’s in a great location in the new shopping spot in Milford with a Banana Republic, Black/​White Market, Whole Foods, etc., but they are really just a bit big on themselves. I was pushed into a $ 50 pedicure, when I clearly stated that I wanted the basic one (seriously, I think they weren’t going to let me out of the place until I agreed to it). Worse (!), the polish cheaped in THREE days. I can typically go more than 3 weeks, at least! Oh I was pissed.
I also had a manicure with their new OPI color system, and while I like the product, they did not do a very good job on the actual shaping of my nails. Further, the employees were not very friendly.
You will not see me again!
