Sonny and Donette began this business after owning High on the Hog Catering for 15 years. With CT Catering, they have branched out into all forms of all-natural & organic catering– including allergen-free food production. CT Catering also has a Private School Lunch Program Service, which caters the finest, healthiest food to exclusive Fairfield County Schools. Our program is GREEN– we use recycled materials & and our packaging is fully compostable. «Feed the Body ~ Fuel the Mind» is our motto for our program, and we are so grateful to be able to give kids the BEST food, nutrition and nutrition educationfor healthy bodies & healthy minds.
