We are also an authorized agent for Guardian Medical Monitoring personal emergency response systems.

Established in 2011.

Touching Hearts at Home of West Tennessee is a family owned and operated branch of a national faith based franchise opened in 2007. Steve and Donna Smith bought into the franchise in 2011 and opened in January 2012. They hired both of their daughters, Jodi Heavner and Jennifer Easterday as Administrative Assistants. Steve and Donna have ‘give first’ mentality which is vital to success in this industry. Touching Hearts has approximately 45 employees and cares for clients in Gibson, Carroll, Weakley, Obion, Madison, and Crockett Counties.
