Best of all, Parker’s is a homegrown success story. Company president and CEO Greg Parker opened the first Parker’s in Midway, Georgia in 1976. Business Owner

Company president Greg Parker stands apart as one of the convenience store industry’s most respected executives. Honored for his commitment to technology, innovation and giving back, Greg has been recognized as the Savannah Morning News Entrepreneur of the Year and Convenience Store News Tech Executive of the Year. Under his leadership, Parker’s has grown from a one-​store operation in Midway, Georgia to a 36-​store empire with state-​of-​the-​art convenience stores located throughout coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry. Additionally, he is leading a city-​wide anti-​litter campaign, serves as the chairman of the Mayor’s Business Roundtable, and served on the Mayor’s Crime Task Force. He previously served as chairman of the Savannah Master Plan Task Force, was a member of the executive board of the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority and served on the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
