Damn this place is fast! Swing by for an oil change, $ 19.99 on my 2004 MDX. Usually cost about $ 39.99 at the dealer. In and out in 15 minutes, totally unheard of. Will definitely come back.

The owner Son is great. Made the visit feel like I was a regular customer and also super quick. Needed a plug on my tire and I was out the door within 10 minutes with my tire fixed and swapped with my spare. What also is great is that they don’t try to nickel and dime you, you can go in, say what’s wrong and they’ll get it done! Definitely will be returning should I ever need more work done!

This is the place where you go to get quality service for your car. I called in about 30 mins before I got there to arrange a time for my oil change and tire rotation.
When I got there, there was a TON of cars in front of me. No worries. Son, the new head chief of the place met me and brought my car right in.
The place has new management now so service is far better.

SUPERFAST AND SEAMLESS!
Needed a tire replaced. The owner had it in stock. I asked if he could get me out the door within an hour he’s like sure. I went to Poop boys earlier, and they had stock too, but said would take more than an hour.
«Even filling out the paperwork will take 15 minutes,» the rep explained. I walked out and found this place. Before I even walked out the door, the car was on the lift.
I came back in 20 minutes, new tire, paid, and left. Bada bing, bada boom! I’d go to a small family business with great customer service with broken english over a perfect english speaking non caring csr rep at a dont give a rip chain store anyday.
Over an hour my butt! Come here instead! ;)

Hands down always the best service from Son and his team and at the best price anywhere in OC. I’ve saved hundreds going to these guys with, oil changes, general maintenance, tires and not to mention, a free alignment and tire repairs when you buy all 4 tires! Very difficult to find a shop as dependable, affordable with honest recommendations like these guys.

This is by far the best and most honest place I have ever taken my car to. They don’t sit there and give you a bunch of nonsense they are very to the point and are very quick. I’ve taken my car there for oil changes and a few repairs and I have not once felt cheated or worked over… in fact… they have gone above and beyond for me. I truly believe they have great and honorable work ethic and I highly recommend them.

Pro Tire Auto Service is GREAT!!! I LOVE this place. For years Ive been searching to find good honest mechanics that will get the job done right and thank god my search is over!!! They were able to fix my Honda Civic for a great price. When i mean fix, i mean replace the whole engine and others things that it needed. I was very impressed and satisfied as always :) i definitley would recommend this shop in a heart beat!

These guys are great! They always show me (literally raise the car up and show me) the problem with my car. I really appreciate that they’re so honest and their prices are so reasonable. Car repairs suck but they make them suck less. I’ve even come in after attempting to «repair» my car and said «here are all the parts, for the love of all that is good please fix it». A few laughs and fifteen minutes later they’ve managed to undo what I’ve done lol
These guys are pro. Go with them and you won’t regret it :)

I brought in some used 70% tread tires to swap out for my nearly bald ones to find out that they didn’t fit right. Luckily, these guys were willing to trade them for the correct size! I was also in dire need of an alignment and they hooked it up and gave me a really good deal. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

My belt snapped right near this place so I drove it right in. Guys who worked there were pretty cool at first … but then tried to sell me a part I didn’t need… I’m a girl but I’m not stupid –_–
And the belt I needed took about 3 hrs to get there because the first time it got delivered it was the wrong belt –_​–
Overall it cost 100 bucks which I was expecting but they could have knocked some off for making me wait so long!
Would I go back… nawww
