I have a pretty high tolerance for BS/​bad service, but enough is enough.
A friend of mine purchased a used car from this establishment a last year. Less than a month goes by with unexplainable problems to the engine, brakes, air bag, etc. you name it, it’s happened. There’d been multiple times where her car had sputtered to a halt on the freeway or in the middle of a busy street.
Frontline automotive stuck to their non refundable contract, however did refer her to a auto repair shop just as seedy as they are. More money wasted for nothing gained for the customer.
It is absolutely unbelievable that someone could sell a completely hazardous POS car without an ounce of guillt/​remorse. Such a scam and zero honesty from this establishment. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR MONEY/​LIFE. If it’s up to them, they’ll take your money even if it means sending you to the hospital. It’s not worth your time, money, or safety.
AGAIN. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I have been looking for a diesel truck for about a month and stopped by to look at a f250. I approached the salesman with a great attitude and smile and simply asked how much? He told me a number that was a little high and I gave him a cash offer of 15k now obviously I would of negotiated more but he was completely DISRESPECTFUL to me. Everyone try’s to get the best price on a car they want right? But when someone talks to a customer like they don’t know what there talking about, turns there back and walks away. I’ll happily take my pocket full of cash and go down the street and buy from someone who respects there customers.

i bought a car from this place before they changed their location. it takes forever to find them, their information on secretary of state is false and outdated. it was nearly impossible for me to find their new information.
they have a history of selling bad cars and misrepresenting the condition. the people on here who have 4 stars were either lucky or maybe they changed their stripes (unlikely). they have a knack for trying to tell you what you want to hear to make you happy so that they can sell you a piece of crap. within 3 days of me buying my car last year the car wouldn’t start. if you try to call them out, the guy is an arrogant rude man who will talk over you and not let you get a word out.
a lot of the parts that they had in the vehicle were bad parts. almost intentionally placed there.
if you want to risk it, by all means go here. it wasnt worth the 10,000+ loss for me. i had to buy a new car and still pay for this one while it stays parked on the street unable to even start
do not buy any car from them as is!!! they will use it against you and state that you bought it as is!
do not buy any extended warranty from them! it is not an extended warranty it is a service contract and it barely covers anything!!!
make sure to read up on buying used cars from dealers before you buy it and educate yourself!
when you test drive the car, do not let them make it a short ride. take the car on the freeway and drive the hell out of it and make sure the check engine light doesn’t come on because they can clear codes.
take a mechanic with you to look at the car and do not be swindled!
view their other location on Unilocal also when trying to decide if you should trust this company!
ask for a maintenance record from the dealer if they have one. do not accept that title report they give you that they print out online
check kelly bluebook so see the value of the car before you go in and look at it so you have some negotiation room

Buyer beware this place is not for you, Salesmen JJ is looking to prey on you and if you’re somewhat educated and challenge him he tells you to go elsewhere, I responded gladly… If I can give negative stars I would.

I’ve been looking for that right Truck for sometime now. Went to Frontline yesterday and found my Truck! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. So far, so good! Cindy was super helpful. Financing was a breeze and the 2012 Fiat I got is adorable!!! Thanks Frontline! They have easy financing for bad credit or cash income and 5 car lots to choose from. The best cars I saw were at this location.

They sold Lemmon! I lost over 11,000 for a 2008 saturn vue. I bought it off the lot and with in 4 weeks my car had already been in the repair show 3 times! It was a nightmare. After having it fixed the second time I was driving with my 1 year old in the car when the steering wheel locked up and every light in the dash lit up! The car had major electrical problems let alone dangerous ! The brakes went out too. Very scary !! I traded in the car and bought a bran new. Something I should have done in the begging. But like I said I lost 11,000 .
Look up their other lot located in garden grove. It’s pretty scary. Then make up your mind, if your still wanting to buy a car off them
