I called over the weekend because my RADIANT HEAT had a dead zone. I never received a call back by Monday 10:30 so I called again. They scheduled me for Tuesday. Their fees are a little high, First hour @ $ 129 which includes drive time (½ hour), then $ 99/​hour billed in ½ hour increments. BUT here’s the uncomfortable part, they wanted a credit card # before scheduling or dispatching. I said I wanted to pay with a check and they don’t care, they HAD to have a credit card with everything including exp date & security code. Of course I gave them wrong digits. I NEVER heard of such a policy and found another company to use.
