I really hated this place. The pasta is bland and has small portions for the price you pay. I make better Mac and cheese at home out of Kraft box than these guys and that costs less than $ 1. This place charged me a fortune for tasteless Mac and cheese. Also when you go inside and walk out, your clothes will stink like the place because they have bad ventilation. This place might be adequate for the taste buds of an 11 year old but if you have any adult taste buds; you will be disappointed at this place.

This place made me realize how much I actually enjoy Noodles and company. I forgot how much I loved their off menu item: bbq pulled pork Mac and Cheese! So stinking good but a ton of calories. If you want something equally delish but for half the calories: Bangkok noodles. If you like tai food. Tastes just like a coconut curry. Soo good. Their snicker doodles are also very soft, large, and scrumptious! It’s a lot cheaper than other options and a regular is more than enough for one person! Probably could share it with a significant other if you didn’t want to spend more than $ 8 for two! Good stuff.

I’ve only been to this location once, but it was a pretty solid experience. They were a little slow to take our order(they seemed kind of busy, and their ovens were down so no bread), but the penne rosa I ordered(and I make a bunch of tweaks to it) was the best I’ve had at any Noodles & Co. It usually comes out a little on the dry side, but this was a saucy dish and I loved it! Wish I had taken a picture…

Okay. I love Noodles. I love their mac and cheese, even though my waistline doesn’t. However, this location is the worst I’ve been to. My boyfriend placed a take-out order in his name, but I ended up running in on a busy night to pick it up. I told them his name, and the girl, maybe 16 years old with layers of makeup, slowly looks me up and down, makes a half-laugh, and goes«…your name is Jeff?» Ok, funny, I told her that was my boyfriend’s name and he can come in if needed to verify it was our order. It wasn’t ready yet so I had a seat RIGHTNEXTTOTHECOUNTER. In other words, I was right next to this girl, so I could hear her. Youd think she would be smart enough to realize that. I waited almost a half hour for my food but I was so excited for that cheesy goodness. Then, while they’re finishing my order, two teenage girls are looking at it and suddenly both look at me and the one who originally helped me says to her coworker, «Her name is Jeff. She’s a little manly, obviously.» Wait, wait, wait. I was about three feet away. I CANHEARYOU. They both look at me and laugh. I was horrified and, even though I’m 30 and know I’m not some freak-of-nature, my cheeks were on fire. I walked out without my order. And then spent the next few weeks coming up with brilliant comebacks that I should have said. I’m sorry, Noodles, but I’ll never go back, simply due to the horrid experience those girls gave me. If your employees are blatantly rude, I worry about other things they will overlook, like washing their hands before making my food.

Everyone who works here seems like they don’t want to be there. Food was ok. But literally was shocked at how messy the place was. The service was HORRIBLE and both cashier and server were really rude. Not sure I bother going back.

Food is usually okay but service is not. I specifically said no cheese when I made my order. I know the make everything by hand so they have add cheese after the fact. Also cannot pronounce my name Javier. Utah, texas and surrounding states have plenty of latino people you should know how to say my name when they ask me and I spell and tell them what it is.

Horrible Service! I go here at least twice a week only because my 3 yr old won’t eat anywhere else. Once he picks up other flavors, I’m out of this place. They charge you extra for making a decently sauced dish otherwise, it’s so dry. Mushroom Stroganoff doesn’t have mushrooms or sauce. One word for this place — Horrible!!!

Three star for the service. Still a five for the food. Three employees stood around trying to figure out one order while I stood there for 15 minutes. There they were. The three amigos. Just staring at me like O. We will get to you once I am done counting the tiles on the floor. Mind you there is One open cash register. One of the girls was just standing there staring into space. Like hello! Can one individual not go to the open cash register and take some ones order or does it take three to do that task. How many employees does it take to put in an order??? Three. When it should take one. But for God sakes noodles. This place needs better service. This happens any time I come here.

You know, it always seems to me that whose behind the counter, and your first experience at chain like this makes a huge difference. For me the experience was very positive. The girl who took my order was polite, patient, and helpful, my entrée was very good, and priced reasonably. I liked the diversity of the menu. I recommend this place.

Just go to a different Noodles location. This place is right by my office amd is default lunch location. Every te reminded why I avoid it. It is always dirty, sticky, and kind of just stinks. The food always mediocre vs other locations that are better quality and better dining experience. Management please visit this place they need se help.

I’ve stopped in to this location a few times over the last several months. Each time, I’ve ordered the same thing: mac & cheese w/chicken. The elbow pasta is dreadfully dry. They used to cover it adequately with plenty of cheese sauce. But now? Now, you have to really stir it around to get enough of the paltry amount of sauce onto dried out macaroni. Pathetic. And another big problem with this location: cleanliness. There are a number of reviews on this location pointing out how dirty it is. Believe them. Every time I’ve gone in, there have been bowls & plates left behind by previous customers just sitting there. The floors and tables are covered with food pieces, and they stay that way, even after you’ve started your own meal. You don’t see any employees with a dustpan nor a cloth to wipe things down. You really have to search to find a half-way decent table to eat on here. I’ve given this restaurant enough chances, but I’m done. Who needs to eat dried out macaroni around unkempt tables and a dirty floor? Not me, thank you very much.

We have been dining at Noodles for many years. Pretty much since the Sugar House was the only location. Over the last few years I have noticed a decline in overall performance. Tonight for the second time in a week they messed up our to go order. The cleanliness of the restaurant is sub par and the overall effort from the staff is borderline ridiculous. I won’t be returning to this location.

I love this location more than any other. The good is great as always but their Staff goes above the extra mile. I am always treated kindly & they are always so helpful. This is my favorite location, their Manager, is amazing. I recommend this Noodles & Company above all others

I have not been here for a while but it wouldn’t the other day and I had such a great experience. Food was great but the Castleberry was amazing. He name was Klayton. He was kind, funny and beyond helpful. Klayton checked on everyone twice and was just so kind!

My colleague put his business card in the jar and won free lunch for all of us. They treated us like kings! They literally brought out a sample of everything on the menu. It was a great experience. Not everything was great. But the majority was at least good. It’s a good spot for a basic lunch. Solid 3 stars.

The«Noodler» is a bi-monthly occurrence. Their food is fast, simple, consistent, and delicious. The restaurants are not very comfortable so we usually get our order to go. Their online system is great. We live 10 mins away and the order is always ready when we arrive. Our favorite entrée items are pad thai, spaghetti with meat balls, and the new buffalo mac & cheese. It is refreshing to see a wine and bottled beer selection at a fast food restaurant in Utah. They also have a new self-serve Coke fountain with an excellent variety. The prices are reasonable as evidenced by the abundance of families with young children at any given location. After visiting many of the locations around the Wasatch Front, I recommend the Murray location for freshness, order accuracy, and the friendliest service.

Basic pasta dishes and sides. Good drink selection with condiments. They keep the restaurant cold and play loud music. My kids eat here often.

Haven’t been here in a long time. Last I remember it wasn’t that good. My wife wasn’t feeling too well and was craving some soup and didn’t want to go to sweet tomatoes so I suggested she try some chicken noodle soup. Went and put in a to-go order one with chicken noodle soup for my wife and a small cup of tomato basil for me. Chicken noodle soup was flavorless, chicken was dry and overcooked and the noodles were undercooked. My tomato basil wasn’t too bad, it had decent flavor and was very thick. We will stick to Sweet Tomatoes for their soup. Not sure we will be going back to this location again.

This Noodles & Co is literally within walking distance from where I live now, I had the opportunities to dine with them on many occasions due to my love for freestyle coke machines, and other family members like this place as well. It is hard to miss them since they are right at the corner of 1300 E and Fort Union intersection. I generally stick with the Asian stuff, except for Penne Rosa. Their menu changes every now and day, my latest dish to get is Thai Curry which got converted from a soup dish to regular noodle dish in the last menu change. The kids love mac & cheese and spaghetti. Their menu pricing can be tricky, without protein is about $ 6, but after adding any protein even tofu will bump it up to $ 8+. A clever way to deceive on pricing I suppose. The quality had always been average, and every now and then they overcooked certain dish. Convenience and they are open on Sunday gave me reasons to continue visiting them. My only annoyance is that the free-style machine runs out of certain flavor every now and then, and it takes forever for them refill them.

We just got a Noodles & Co. where we live, near Boise, but I haven’t visited that location yet. I almost didn’t visit this location either — I intended to visit the Japanese restaurant across the parking lot, but it was 2:00 and they had just closed for the afternoon. I stepped right up to the counter and ordered the Pesto Cavatappi with Pork. Nice portion, reasonable price, great taste. The staffers I encountered were all pleasant and my order arrived at my table quickly and exactly as I ordered. This was also my first time trying the cool Coke dispenser with Raspberry Coke, Orange Coke, etc. I really liked it.
