While I realize these guys say they are not responsible for aftermarket ski racks, they let me go in the car wash and ripped off my ski rack. The attendant even acknowledged that it was probably his fault. They ultimately threw away The part that I needed to put the rack back on so I had to buy a new one for almost $ 200. Leaving aside that they paid for nothing, they didn’t return phone calls and didn’t even give me a free car wash for my troubles. They weren’t a great car wash to begin with, but the lack of customer service in this situation put them at the bottom of my list!

I’ve been a customer at the AutoSpa for about 3 years. What I like is that the place is set up to be semi-​full service at a self service price. Fully automatic soft cloth wash bay and towels, window cleaner and interior dressing supplies are provided at the end. Attendants will pre-​soak the areas normally ignored at other places, like bumpers, wheel wells and rear hatches so you get a great thoroughly clean job. There is always someone on hand to show how to use the floor mat cleaner (no charge) and the other supplies provided. Even though these items are self service, one of the staff almost always lends a hand. The owner, Tripp, is usually on site, too. Super welcoming and appreciative of my business. The staff shares the same positive nature and aside from a killer wash, that really makes the place stand out. They offer several different monthly plans, too. Love AutoSpa!

The best car wash in Towne!!! I am on the monthly charge with unlimited washes. It’s always nice to pull in and get a clean car anytime I want. They always give me a free vacuum token, and my wife loves having a clean car. It’s well with the 22.95 to have this level of convenience and beats washing at home. It’s fast, easy, and I LOVE IT! Nice people, great service.

I love Auto Spa express! Trip and Mr. Clawson [forgot his name] always take such good care of us! Trip showed me the mat cleaners, that are free! And the mats came out looking like new. We always have rags and cleaning supplies to finish off. It’s just an enjoyable experience to visit Trip and his wonderful staff.

AutoSpa Express is the best car wash in the State of Utah. I’m a big fan of small businesses with the owner/​operator hands on. Tripp, the owner is a great guy. This car wash uses premium cleaners to make sure your car is spotless and also has a great cart with interior cleaners and towels if you want to stay and spend some extra time detailing your interior. No one else does this! I’ve been members of them all. Mister Car wash is trash. Your car leaves with spots and there is no down time in the tunnel for your car to actually get clean. These guys make all their own products and know what they are doing at AutoSpa. Well worth the $ 22.99 a month for an unlimited pass. I’ve never waited either. Always available to pull up. Well I found my new favorite car wash spot. The customer service here is what sets this place apart from not only every other car wash joint but most businesses in general. Instead of doing your business with a machine you are greeted by an actual living person who helps you get your wash going and gives you some vacuum tokens. Which, speaking of the vacuums, suck harder than a Kansas tornado! Seriously they were sucking out dirt that’s been in my carpet since ‘Nam! When you finish your wash they have rags and window wash outside that you can use for free. This is the greatest if you are a freak about cleaning your interior and door jams like me. While I was outside cleaning my windows the owner came around and tire shined every single tire in the lot. Seriously there should be awards for businesses like this.

I love Auto Spa Express! Great value & friendly service. It so nice to be able to get a good car wash and be able to use their, vacuum, towels and cleaning products to keep your car looking good. It’s a little out of my area, but worth the drive. I wish I had more cars to wash! Thanks Tripp!

Probably the best car wash in the SLC area, and I’ve been to quite a few of them
The actual car wash is fine. They guide you in, you sit inside while your car goes through, it dries your car and you go out. It’s almost indistinguishable from any other car wash in that regard. My only minor complaint about the actual car wash itself is that it always knocks my driver side mirror in towards me. The first time it happened I was worried it scratched or scuffed it, but it looked fine to me. This also happens to a friend of mine who has the same car and they go to a different car wash, so it must just be the way the car is shaped…
Now where this place shines is it’s customer service and appreciation for its customers. First, they’re always super nice and helpful. I got the unlimited car wash pass my first trip here and they gave me a free «Gold wash» (I believe that’s what it was called) which was a $ 15 value. I personally wouldn’t pay $ 15 for a single wash, but that was nice that it was given for free.
My second trip to this car wash, the attendant (who happened to be the owner. Super nice guy btw). cautioned me against taking my car through the wash. He saw that my vehicle was lowered on aftermarket suspension and was concerned about my bumper scraping on the tire track. I slowly drove up and he showed me how close my bumper was to scraping. I was impressed as I feel like most people would simply allow me to continue through the wash, and IF something were to happen (scraping my bumper or something) they would simply point to a sign somewher stating that they aren’t liable for damages to vehicles. Most car washes have a sign that says something along the lines of «Buyer beware, we’re not liable for anything bad that happens to your car in our establishment.» The fact that the he took the extra time to caution me about taking my car through and show me why he was so concerned meant a lot to me.
Another thing this car wash does that sets it apart from the rest is that it provides free detailing products for anyone to use. I believe they have glass cleaner, interior cleaner, tire shine, and I believe I’ve seen a leather conditioner on the cart of detailing supplies as well. I’ve read other reviewers saying you get a free air freshener too, but I’ve never seen them.
Now, depending on how often you go, this could save you a lot of money. They also supply towels that you can use too. I’ve only ever been to one other car wash that supplied ANYTHING at all to its customers for free. There was a self-​service car wash in Riverton that supplied microfiber towels for its customers, but they no longer do that anymore. I talked to the owner and he told me he was losing too much money from theft. So the fact that this car wash provides SO MUCH for free is amazing. I’d like to add that while having free towels provided is nice, I would caution against using them on your paint as the towels are cotton and not microfiber. I’d still bring a few microfibers for your paint from home, but that’s just me. I use the cotton towels on almost everything else on my car.
Now for the cons, there aren’t many but here they are. Their vacuum setup isn’t the best. A lot of car washes have unlimited vacuums that are always on but at this particular one you have to use a token which only gets you 4 minutes, I believe. Now I’m fairly certain that if you asked for another one, they’d give it to you in a heartbeat, but it’s still inconvenient. They also only have one vacuum per «station» so if you want to vacuum the other side of your car you have to drag the vacuum through your car. A lot of other washes have one on both sides, so you can utilize both and not have to drag it through your car. Their unlimited car wash pass is also SLIGHTLY more expensive than others I’ve had, but considering what you get, it’s well worth it. And that’s about it… Seriously. I’m very picky, and that’s all I could think of.
TL;DR– The service is amazing, the staff is amazing, they provide free detailing products and towels which is amazing, and yeah. It’s pretty amazing. You won’t find another car wash that is half as good as this one.

In town for work from Los Angeles, and this car wash proved to be efficient, fast, inexpensive, and easy. My car came out surprisingly clean for a drive-​through wash. Really appreciate the cleaning products and towels set out for you to use, complimentary, after you come out of the wash. I need something this great back in LA. 5 Stars!

Wow, what a wash.
The complimentary cart of spray bottles full of tire shine, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, leather cleaner and conditioner, clean terry cloth drying towels separated these guys from anywhere I’ve been.
If your as exacting as I am, there is no better deal in Salt Lake.
I’m going to get the $ 24/​monthly all winter long.

Update time! I still drive from Holladay to come to the specific car wash, thats how good it is. Prices have raised by a buck or so but they have a all you can wash per month for like $ 24, really worth it! The employees are really cool. They offer towels and cleaning aids so you can detail your car yourself. Little tricky spot to turn in to but its located right after the Asian Star place. Highly recommend!

I recently moved here from AZ and I have to say out of the car wash places I’ve been to, this by far is the best so far, The owner here is super nice, he even helped me clean my carpets in my car plus cleaned my tires and he has two really cute dogs that are friendlier than ever! I highly recommend this car wash. They have really awesome customer service! I plan on making this my go to car wash

I absolutely looooove this car wash! I’ve been here a few times now and every time, they are so friendly and willing to help clean and detail my Subaru! The owner, Tripp, is very personable and eager to help with my car. They provide free cleaning solutions with towels. There’s a mat cleaning machine and various air fresheners available.
This is my number 1 choice for a car wash!

We told them it was our first time and we got the gold package (highest package) at half price. Really friendly and helpful. We went here because it had a high Unilocal review and we’re not disappointed.

Drove out of my way to come here based on the good reviews. I drove down from Seattle and had some serious gunk to take care of and get my car looking nice again. Right from the get-​go service was amazing. The guy was super helpful and gave me the nice car wash for the cheaper price because it was my first experience here. I can’t believe that I have found this AutoSpa. The service is amazing. It is a regular car wash combined with all the goodies you can ever imagine. In addition to free vacuum tokens, they provide free cleaning solutions, towels, mat cleaning machine, and car fresheners to help you get a cleaner and fresher smelling car. The owner Trip is very kind, informative and seems to care about the satisfaction of his customers.

I have been going Auto Spa Express for about 6 or 7 years and will continue to be a loyal customer for life.
–PRODUCTS AND PRICE POINT ARE GREAT! I have been to others in the area within 6 years, but I prefer Auto Spa Express. With a wash you get a complimentary token to vacuum your car or wash your carpets. Trip (the owner) ensures there are clean towels to detail your rims, dry your car, etc. He doesn’t stop there though; he has an assortment of products to apply on glass, tires, rims, and upholstery. There is also a floor mat brushing machine to get deep dirt out. As if that is not enough, you can snag a car freshener.
–CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL! Today I just went to the wash and Trip was there. He has always treated me as good friend since the first day I went there. All staff is extremely personable, and always willing to help you find what you need. I’m big on customer service and business relationships. Trip and staff do it right. They treat people very well and make sure your satisfied with your wash.
If you haven’t been here I highly, highly recommend this business for all car washing, detailing maintenance.

$ 6.00. ’nuff said! If you got the money, they’ll slather your car with all sorts of tire shine, carnauba wax and RainX. I don’t care for those bells and whistles but I don’t complain when the car in front of me purchases the works — trickle down theory works in this instance.
If you’ve got the time, pull up to their vacuums and suck away! They offer towels and glass cleaner to finish the job. If you don’t wipe the car, you’re going to get some streaks. Those blowers can only do so much. The soft-​touch wash is great, they’ve made a huge investment in the most state-​of-​the-​art machine available.
The owners are cool, they recycle their water so they’re eco-​conscienous. Tripp remembers your name and they actually care about their customers.
They should have a line 10 cars deep the entire time they’re open but they don’t which means getting in and out is lightening fast!
