i can’t say enough good things about this company! i won’t dare state the name of our favorite cleaner for fear that they might get too busy! but, we have loved every person the company has sent us– every cleaning session has been professional, thorough, and beyond expectation. sparkle team really is the best! i found their service through a living social voucher– it was so great, we now have someone come very two weeks and it is absolutely worth every penny.

Very happy with the work that Sparkle does! They’re very detailed and after they come I always like walking around my apartment and looking closely to see just how great of a job they did. They don’t miss anything. And the cost is so reasonable! Even lower than private independent cleaning women I used before.

Aneta has been our go-​to Sparkle cleaner for almost a year now and she’s fantastic. Not only is she always on time, she does an outstanding job. Right from the beginning I felt safe with her in my apartment — she’s very good about making sure to work around artwork, fragile furniture, etc. I provide all the cleaning supplies and she works her magic. Aneta truly leaves my place sparkling.
Pauline is also very easy to get a hold of and is super flexible if I need to change a date/​time.

I have been using sparkle cleaning for a year now and have been consistently pleased with results. I have someone come once a month and it really makes a difference. The prices are reasonable as well and Pauline is so easy to contact via text! She is very flexible with last minute requests and changes.

The lady that was sent to do our home did an outstanding job. I asked for 2 people but they only had 1 available. This lady was not human, she was a machine. Never even complained once. I felt so bad for her. She cleaned the entire house. 4 bed, 2bth, 4 levels. My basement never looked so good. She did a phenomenal job. Outstanding. I will definitely hire them again. I just wish I had gotten her name.

Have a two bedroom/​two bath and purchased a living social deal for a 3 hour cleaning service by Sparkle. They did such an amazing job! I’ve tried a few cleaning services over the last couple of months and this one definitely stands out for being very thorough. Pauline did a good job with the scheduling and Kate with the cleaning. I have absolutely no complaints :)

Pauline and the Sparkle Clean Team was so wonderful with scheduling (she was super responsive to my inquiry submitted via their website) and they did a great job cleaning as well. I could not be happier. I will be using them again in the future.

I recently booked an appointment with The Sparkle Team Inc for a home cleaning via a Living Social deal. I wish that this review was about their cleaning service, but unfortunately, I didn’t even get to experience their cleaning because of their poor customer service.
When I booked this deal, I wanted to be sure that they could come and clean my apartment without having additional issues to worry about. I’m fully capable of cleaning my apartment, but I was having house guests come to visit and having to prepare a few other things. When I have used cleaning services in the past, even through Groupons/​Living Social/​online deals, the employees always show up with a power vacuum and outline the services that are not included – things like inside refrigerators or laundry.
I received an email a few weeks prior to the service inquiring about what cleaning supplies I had and what services were requested. That should have been my first warning sign. I stated that I only had a few supplies and that I didn’t have a vacuum and the company should be prepared to bring supplies and a vacuum. (I know you see where this story is going). Surprise… the cleaning lady showed up with nothing. After calling the company to explain that I had specifically stated that I didn’t have a vacuum, the representative with whom I spoke stated she never received that correspondence. That same email had my address in it though, so I know she received it. Regardless, the cleaning representative showed up unable to do anything and was sent away. Eventually, after arguing with the company, I was given a refund for the services.
I was very surprised about how unprofessional this company was. I can’t think of anything that would make me consider using them in the future, especially when I have had positive experiences with others.

I have been using Sparkle for about a year now and I really like their work. If you are looking for a reliable and good service, you should definitely use them. The two women who come clean our place always do a very good job and are pretty thorough. The place always looks a lot better. The price is great for the work they do and it is always easy to get a hold of Pauline!

Very happy with my three cleans thus far. I have set plan for every other week since. Affordable and well done. Pauline’s communication is terrific and I adore Anna who has cleaned for me. So does my lab. Always on time if not early and careful! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: An important item went missing around the time Kate was cleaning my apartment. The item was only in my home for a short period of time and Kate was the only person other than my boyfriend and I in my home during this time. I discovered it was missing shortly after she left. It has been reported with the police that it is missing. I would not recommend this business. The owner told me she could ‘guarantee’ that Kate did not take the item but that is an impossible statement to make. Shame, the cleaning was top notch, but now I wish I never let a cleaning service in my apartment.

Just had our 2 bedroom apartment cleaned by Kate. She did a fantastic job! We are thrilled to see our pad sparkling clean. She moved quickly but also was thorough so she covered a lot of ground in the 4-​hour session. Happy customers planning to be repeat customers!

I bought a 3-​hour cleaning through Living Social just before I went on vacation, so I could be sure to come home to a super clean and organized apartment. My cleaner arrived at 8 a.m. on the dot, got right down to business and stayed the full three hours, and the place was spotless when she left! I supplied the tools and potions, but she brought some of her own stuff — my bathroom has never looked and felt surgically clean before, and I’m not exactly a slob. Was also pleasantly surprised to see that the burner caps and grates on the gas stove were not burned forever, after all — they looked new when she was finished, and I had never even thought about asking her to try to clean them. Ver satisfied –I will definitely hire them again.

My apartment was just cleaned about 10 minutes ago and I had to jump onto Unilocal to give a review. My apartment has NEVER looked this good. The girl who came was so sweet and kept asking me if there was anything else that I wanted her to do. My bathroom and kitchen are literally sparkling right now. She was also very careful with my things.

My deep clean for a 2BR/​1BA apartment was beautifully completed in about 5 hours, and I enjoy monthly cleanings from Sparkle Clean Team (takes about 4 hours). They are professional, on-​time, and thorough for every cleaning. I provide most of the supplies because I am particular about what products are used in my home. Overall, I would recommend the service.

I had used several cleaners before I found the SCT. Now I will never use another! I absolutely love coming home on Tuesdays to a spotless apartment! The service is highly professional, dependable, and reasonably priced.
