Established in 1987.

In 2015, Dr. Thomas E Hines celebrates his 28^th year serving Midlothian and neighboring communities.

We are on the north side of 147^th Street about a ½ block east of Cicero Ave in Tiffany Plaza.

Parking is free and plentiful.

We are contract providers for VSP, Eyemed, Davis Vision, Legacy, and Humana to name a few.

We are currently accepting new patients.
