Established in 1982.

Primrose is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. As the leader in Educational Child Care, we partner with parents to help children build the right foundation for future learning and life. Our goal is to help children have fun while building Active Minds, Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts.

Business Owner

Deb Kurdts-​Peery is the proud owner of The Primrose School of Midlothian Village. Her daughter attended the Primrose School of Southlake in Texas, which is where she found her passion for Primrose. Deb has a B.A. Degree in Psychology and History from Rhode Island College. She worked in corporate environments prior to opening up the first Primrose school in VA in 2003. Deb is an «on site» owner and handles the operations, marketing, physical plant, and business administration. Prior to Primrose, she was employed by several financial services companies, the last being GE Financial as the VP of Marketing and Communications. She enjoys her time with her husband, Bob, and her daughter, Kelsey, triathlon racing, traveling and the beach. We invite you to be part of our «Primrose» Family and tour our incredible school!
