Established in 1988.
We started as a small renovation and remodeling contractor located in Richmond, VA and locally called «The Fan»
After 3 years we had 10 employees working 2 – 3 jobs/projects at a time.
Our name and reputation became synonymous with Integrity, Knowledgeability of a aspects associated with the Construction /Home Improvement Industry! By 1993 we had built, marketed, and Sold our 1st spec. home! In 1995 we expanded into North Carolina and specifically The Outer Banks /Hatteras Island
