Does fantastic work! Wouldn’t trust my house to anyone else! I have had granite in every house I have lived in! Mark Harold has done them all! He is the only hand crafted, hand cut and fabricated shop in Richmond. He started the industry here in Richmond 35 years ago and remains a competitor today! If you want a job done right you call Mark! He sells the job, templates the job, fabricates the job and is present at ever installation, not something any other granite company in Richmond can say! He knows the business because he does it all!

Everyone needs to stay as far away from this guy as you possibly can. You’ll probably get your granite but it is going to be the worst job you could possibly imagine. If I could give him zero stars I would. He came to do my home about five years ago to measure and when I asked him, «when are you coming to template» he says I don’t need to template, I’ve been doing this long enough I don’t need to make a template. I probably don’t need to say anything further but I will. He butchered the drywall in every single room cutting it out with a utility knife so he could slide his granite back. Nothing fit, the seams where pieces met were uneven and unlevel. It was the worst granite job I have ever seen and I have had granite installed in about four different houses in the past 10 years. The fabricated edge was extremely unpolished like it should be like the rest of the slab. He obviously did not put much time into polishing the edge after the fabrication process. When he did the installation he hit my cabinets for the corner and put a big ding in it that is still there today. The caulking job where that granite meets the cabinets was incredibly unprofessional and messy. There was one slab and my sons bathroom that must have chipped around the sinks when he was fabricating it and he filled the chips with black Epoxy. I will include some pictures as well.
