Legacy Dentistry opened as the first solo practice of Dr. Toni Engram. She is a general dentist, with a focus on prevention and a whole-​person approach to care.

Business Owner

Dr. Engram is a native of Hillsboro, TX, and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas Christian University, where she finished with Magna Cum Laude honors. Her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree is from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Oral Systemic Health, Texas Dental Association, the Holistic Dental Association, and the Institute for Functional Medicine.

When not at the office, Dr. Engram serves on the Board of Directors for the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce, and is active in her church. Dr. Engram and her husband, Bryan, currently reside in Waxahachie with their daughters, Kate and Grace.

Dr. Engram has a passion for nutrition and healthy living, and applying that knowledge to her life and dental practice. Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2011, she has a special interest in helping others heal their chronic conditions through nutrition.
