Ryan Ferguson, owner of Ferguson General Contracting, LLC, is a Class A General Contractor operating in Midlothian, Virginia. He specializes in home remodeling, renovations, additions and new construction.

Ryan graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science from the Pamplin College of Business. Upon graduation he began working for a Richmond home builder as a Superintendent. He and his wife built a home in New Kent and Ryan decided to give commercial construction a try. After his extended tenure at a Tidewater masonry company, Ryan decided to return to residential construction and his family relocated to Midlothian. Through all of the relationships Ryan has built with quality subcontractors in Richmond and surrounding areas, he felt confident that he could start a prosperous contracting company. He has had much success and prides himself on concise and constant communication throughout the construction process while building trusting relationships with homeowners.

Ryan and his family live in Salisbury, an established neighborhood in Midlothian, VA. He enjoys working with neighbors throughout the area, including River Downs, Rosemont, Tarrington, Rockshire, Founders Bridge, and more. When you see Ryan outside of work, he loves to socialize with customers and understands the importance of the relationship that is created from being the «Friendly Neighborhood Contractor». Ryan also likes traveling outside of Midlothian and working throughout the Greater Richmond area, meeting new people each day.

Ryan enjoys spending his free time with his two children, Ella and Parker, and his wife, Hope. Although Ryan loves all things sports, Virginia Tech football and basketball top the list. When not attending games in Blacksburg or working, Ryan tries to squeeze in as many rounds of golf as possible.
