This business and the owner are awful. I truly wish I could give zero stars. The driver called me once he was already at my house. (I was not at home). He left a voicemail telling me he was at my house but he was going to bring the arrangement to the store. He did NOT specify which store that was. I tried calling back, no answer! I live 15+ minutes from two different stores. I drove to the one that was closest to my house by mileage and they told me it was not their store but the other store. By this time I had already wasted half an hour driving around. I called the Hull Street location to explain my story and had to wait two hours for the owner to call back, who was just plain rude and unaccommodating. She explained to me this wasn’t even a temporary driver, but their normal driver which I thought made it sound even worse! I will never buy anything from this company again nor recommend anyone else to either. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!
