I had the philly chicken and cheese. It was awesome. Lots of food and it included french fries. I will definitely visit this place often

Meh. It seems a lot of people really love this place, but I don’t see the hype. Came in here for lunch and got a couple slices of pepperoni and a drink. Pizza is decent, but not great. The crust is crispy, but maybe a bit bland. The sauce is very generic. I’d probably eat here again while in the area, but I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to come here or recommend it.

A Regular as I live down the street. But that’s not why I come back. Their pizza is spot on the best hand tossed NY Style pizza I have had and that includes places I have been in NY. Like NY they also sell by the Slice. Wife loves their White Pizza, I like the garden salad with grilled chicken. Even just a regular cheese pizza is a thing of perfection. Then there is their Lasagna, other pasta dishes, Garlic knots, Philly Cheese steaks, Subs, Calamari, Wings, etc. etc. etc. Think over the last 10 years we have tried them all and overall never had a bad experience. Everything is always fresh & hot(and or chilled in the case of salads). They also have a nice sit down area, but being we get delivery 99% of the time I can’t speak for that.

The pizza is spot on. We’ve been in the Richmond area almost 2 years now and it took us moving to Midlothian to find NY style pizza worth eating. My biggest complaint is the staff. They don’t seem too friendly but they’re not overly mean. Unwelcoming would be most accurate. No one really smiles and it’s hard to tell the employees(behind the counter) from the customers once they leave from behind the counter. Some wear t-shirts and gym shorts and/or jeans. Not a big deal, but some uniformity would be nice. In this digital and technologically savvy world, customer service and presentation is EVERYTHING regardless of how great the product is.
