I picked Top Notch because they were one of a few Bosch certified repair shops and they had decent ratings on Unilocal and good ratings on
. I called on Monday and they were able to make appt for Wed. They indicated the trouble call woould be $ 99.50, which would be applied to any work done. I told them the clothes wash would not spin and the symptoms indicated the carbon brushes needed replacing. They came out and did the job and the washer certainly works now, so 5 stars for the fix. They told my wife it was a good thing they had the carbon brushes on the truck — darn right since I told them to bring them! They told my wife we should replace the hoses and washers since they looked old (they were), so she said ok. If I were home I would have asked how much since that is a super simple task. The final bill was about $ 280, which seems pretty high. They don’t break down the prices on the invoice so I don’t know if they charged $ 10 for hoses or $ 40 for hoses, so that annoys me. 2 stars for transparancy. When I got home there was a puddle on the floor near the hoses. I wiped it up and later there was another puddle. I turned off the hot water supply and the puddle did not reappear. 1 star for that.
I was able to tighten the new supply line and that stopped the leaking, so that was a tiny bit careless on their part.

This company is top notch. I have a serious oven problem and they did everything possible to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

John does a great job not only fixing appliances, but explaining what needs to be done. We’ve used him on a couple occasions to fix our Viking Pro microwave and dishwasher; first fix and we haven’t had any more troubles.

Business recommended by Thermador to repair microwave. I spent $ 393 and after
3 visits, problem not corrected. Service individual diligent and responsive. Had to buy another microwave. I should have been told they may not be able to fix problem
because I wasted $ 393. Will never buy Thermador product again.

These guys were great. They arrived as scheduled and quickly fixed our Bosch dishwasher. Will definitely call them again if we ever need to.
