Horrible. Awful, Crappy Service!!! I’m out of patience dealing with this company’s customer service. We had service done on Monday October 12,2015 originally scheduled for 5 – 7, the technician did not arrive at my home until 8pm. We were suppose to have Insect, Spider & Rodent Service; the technician literally left puddles of insecticide throughout my home & he lied about placing the sticky pad & traps for the rodent control. My neighborhood in Midland, Tx is having a horrible Rodent problem due to it being a brand new subdivision they are currently clearing land. I called Amber who was my contract salesman, she was absolutely useless; her advice was to call the 1−800#(Which I did and all I received was $ 50 off the total I paid but since I paid check that $ 50 would have to remain in their system as a credit & I was rescheduled for Monday October 18,2015). Tonight I have killed 3 Rats inside my garage with a Broom that may or may not have been prevented if Terminix had actually out the rodent control out but instead they did a half crap service and I am the one having to deal with the rodent control they so gratefully too my payment for. I called The 1−800# tonight and was told I could either have my Monday appointment or choose to wait u too middle of November for service by the most rude individual I have ever spoke to, when asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they don’t work at night she’s the only one who can help me to I needed to pick which service date I wanted.(I hung up so angry) I then called Amber to see if she could help me, her response was sorry call me back in the morning(hung up even more angry). I cannot explain how upset I am that no one in this company cares to help me even though I have already paid for a service that was not completed now I am given the choice to wait until they have a chance to get to me. I think not, I will be contacting BBB& if need be will take legal action to get this resolved.
