PCS Restoration Emergency Water Removal

I called PCS after a water leak in my house got carpet wet in the master bedroom and bathroom. They were recommended by Bosworth plumbing for good reason. PCS made an appointment to come out immediately. The technician called from my front yard as I requested to give me time to put my dogs in the back yard. David was friendly and professional; he explained everything that needed to be done and why. He called and set up appointments to come back and check progress every day of the drying process. I appreciated his calls to set up the appointments and the advance notice. He removed the large fans as the carpet in different areas dried to minimize the noise and inconvenience the caused.
PCS has water sensing equipment to check beneath carpet and padding. David was also able to measure the humidity on the hardwood floors and determine that no water was beneath the flooring. David covered carpet tack strips where hi pulled up carpet so my dogs and I wouldn’t step on them.
