Steven W. Tarta has been providing concentrated Estate Planning and Elder Law services since 1992. His focus has been on «Asset Preservation» resulting in the elimination or reduction of Federal and New Jersey Estate Taxation by the use of Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts such as Life Insurance Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts (estate planning for real estate), Revocable Living Trusts among other estate planning tools. Mr. Tarta provides a conservative and professional approach which analyzes the client’s objectives and considers the nature of the client’s assets and liabilities and thereafter matches the aforementioned to an appropriate strategy for Asset Preservation.
