Had a family emergency and needed immediate and reliable transportation to PHL airport. Scott assured me Secure Transport would assist, even on such short notice. Arrived early, car was immaculate. Smooth drive giving me the ability to relax before my emergency flight. Scott was professional, friendly and genuinely did everything possible to make sure my transportation needs exceeded regular shuttle services. Hands down the best Limo service in the East Coast! I’ve had the pleasure of being serviced by Scott during my business trips a few times. His professional etiquette is amazing. He is very courteous, never late always early and not pushy, communicates well and clearly which takes the anxiety away, and insists on getting the door. He greets you with a welcoming smile and a firm handshake. When I had a sudden change of travel plans, I called him at mid night and he accommodated my request on a very short notice and picked me up in the early AM hours on time. I hired Secure Transport to take my high school aged daughter and her friends from Middletown to their prom in Wilmington and back. «The Limo Guy» picked us up for my Wife’s birthday and whisked us away to dinner in Philadelphia! We were able to listen to our music through the integrated music system with WIFI. An excellent evening totally relaxed and not worried about having a glass of wine with dinner because of the long drive home.
