The owner of Premier was part owner of Service Master in downtown Middletown. When my mothers house had a gas line explosion and fire in May of 2015, Service Master was hired upon recommendation from my mothers insurance agent (as agent and Premier owner were hunting buddies).
NINE DAYS after the fire, with 60 year accumulation remained, not burned, but standing in water. After a come to Jesus meeting with them they finally showed up and removed all contents to their storage in downtown Middletown, Ohio… The cost for the delay…$ 40,000 in severe mold issues. Fast forward, the house is rebuilt by a super pro builder (Boone Restorations). Service Master returns ALL belongings that survived the fire in the condition they left the house… so we thought…
Upon unload, 13 pieces of 100 plus year old, family heirloom furniture is severely damaged by a water leak… BY Service Master in THEIR storage. Lamps are smashed, furniture is completely missing. Other peoples furniture is attempted to be delivered to my mothers home and my fathers (deceased) golf trophies and plaques are all NEVER returned along with other irreplaceable personal items. $ 25,000 in additional damages due to Service Master partly owned by Premier then AND ENTIRELY owned by Premier now. The kicker… Service Master filed bankruptcy the day they deliver my 85 year old mothers damaged furniture and items. Prior to hiring Boone Resto., Premier had submitted a bid to rebuild. Their bid was $ 75,000 higher than the average bid AND they attempted to convince me vinyl siding was better than milled redwood !?
LONG story short Andy and Matthew Hall from Service Master and Premier Restoration are pedophiles of their industry in the Middletown, Ohio area. They are white trash, lying and cheating con artists /​criminals from first hand experience… they took advantage of my 85 year old mother… BEWARE!
