2 stars because one star goes to getting my oil changed and the other because it was nice outside. A simple oil change service shouldn’t take almost 2 hours. Especially when I specifically made an appointment. Oh, and another 10 minutes to actually pay and get my keys back.

I can’t say much about the customer service since I couldn’t get anyone to actually give any. I made an online appt request before noon for an oil change on the following day. I got an automatic email reply saying someone would call to confirm. No call. So I called the next morning right when the store opened at 7:30 to see if my 8 am appt was confirmed. After 10 minutes on hold, I decided if this is how they take care of scheduling appts, I hate to see how they’d take care of my car.
Can’t say I’ve had much better experiences Mr. Tires stores in Md either. I’m going to give the Smyrna branch a shot, and if that doesn’t go well, I’m done.

I was in need of four new tires, I went to Mr.Tire. To have all my tires replaced. This might be the first review on Unilocal,but the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very satisfied with the recommendation from the manager of this establishment. And upon inspecting the rims to replace the I wanted, a censor was bad. They placed a call to me to inform me, of the problem they had found. To get my permission to continue the work. They repaired the censor and replace all 4 brand new tires on my car.
