Bobby is great, unfortunately it ends there. Was told to make the trip, we are going to sell this machine to you, its a 2013 the old sales staff could not sell we can. We make the trip and that’s that. I already had a deal set for a 2015 left over with a different dealer, but was told come on we can beat that, this is a NEW 2013 I need it gone. Look over machine make offer based on the value of a 2013, with room to go up. Bobby gives it to management, an hour later I’m given a price that’s nuts. Then on face book someone saying he’s a owner tells my wife that the don’t have a 5 k mark up. His offer, 12,500 if 5 k mark up that puts this machine a 2013 17,500.
STOP THE B S A brand new 2016 low end 13,799 to high 15,350. All this drama, just be honest. Lets see if the «OWNER» IS STRAIGHT UP OR NOT.

Awesome experience, from the purchase of my 2015 Yamaha R6 to my first oil change /​check up, friendly and fast. I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships, and would not go anywhere else. I would recommend Jersey Shore Powersports, to anyone.

The manager makes good !
To end a saga that took way to much time and energy the store manager at Monmouth Cycles made good and did the right thing in the end. Omar was professional, and although we agreed to disagree he refunded my card 100%.
Lessons learned;
Check the receipt and double check it again before leaving. Don’t take anything for granted.
Escalate when not satisified.
Amex will side with the merchant ! No renewal on the gold card after 16 years they can shove that thing.
I so want to only spend my money local, I don’t need a 3rd party to order from the Internet, I can do it myself. So other than on the shelf items, I’ll order it myself.
Will I go back to Monmouth Cycles? Since Omar did the right thing and solved a problem when summer rolls around I would like to stop in and meet him face to face.
