Such a rip off. They cook one egg as thin as paper and 2 slices of bacon on the entire sandwich. You will also wait 20 minutes for this because they take everyone in the store’s order before they start cooking anything. Horrible system! Their prices are higher than the average bagel shop as well.

This is usually my morning stop on the way into work. Good bagel selection. Some days can be busier than others but it’s definitely worth the wait for a fresh, made-to-order breakfast sandwich. Sometimes they forget little things like the ketchup on my sandwich, but that’s just nitpicking(I usually keep a stash at work for such cases lol).

OK but overpriced. A buttered bagel and a small coffee? $ 3.50. You’ve gotta be kidding me. And they took the prices off the menu board. Sorry, but these people got greedy. Plenty of other bagel places around.

LOVETHISPLACE!!! This bagel shop is always busy but it’s worth the wait! The pork roll is always well done and crispy just the way I like it. The bagels are soft but still have a bit of crunch on the outside. Definitely worth checking out! Reasonable pricing too

Decent bagels but are SOOOOOOOO slow in the morning. It takes 25 min for a breakfast sandwich. Watched people leave the store because of the wait…

Great place to stop to grab breakfast or lunch. Everything is fresh and made to order. Prices are inexpensive. They have a big selection of flavored cream cheeses-Cinnamon Walnut Raisin is my favorite on their super cinnamon bagel.

I would agree the bagels here are wonderful and it’s a good thing because many times I find the female owners. managers unfriendly. I have witnessed them treat their staff terribly and they themselves become physically and emotionally stressed out during busy times(which is often). This changes their personality and makes me wish there was a better tasting bagel somewhere in town. It is true that the service from the young people is somewhat sloppy but then again if I were talked to like that I would probably not be a good employee. There must be a reason there is always a help wanted sign on the door and a revolving chain of employees. As a High school teacher, I know the troubles that come with hiring teens, the owner should seek out suggestions on ways to hire several kids, give them less hours per kid but lots of flexibility in schedule so that they are never short and kids always show up.

I really like the bagels here. Lots of flavors and it is a popular place. Its«a strip mall» store, no surprise, and I think they need to clean the glass front door with something else. Service is choppy, but I suppose that’s run of the mill for a bagel place. Our family doesn’t eat breads that contain Azodicarbonamide, which is added to a lot of big chain and pre-processed bread makers– I asked the manager quietly on the side if their bagels or mix contains this, and he pretty much told me to get lost, and refused to answer my question, and he refused to at least«go look». Could just be a personality defect with the person, I don’t know. If I go here it’s rare nowadays, which is a shame. If you don’t care about the ingredients, then its perfectly fine. Update. They have been much friendlier lately and even the previously cranky guy was actually cheerful one morning. They have cleaned the place up a bit and while the windows look better(come on, microfiber towel and windex, anyone?) they have decent bagels and always a few outlier flavors that can be fun.

Usually get to eat these bagels and cream cheese when a colleague brings them into the Jersey City office. They have been the highlight of many a Friday. Bagels are always soft and great tasting. Especially like the multigrain that has lots of seeds since it tastes very artisinal(ie, homemade). Usually have some of the Cream Cheese w/chives. Reading the package listing, the only bad stuff in it is a few stabilizers. Remove the stabilizers(ie, guar gum) and you have a completely natural cream cheese. Thats why they only get 4 stars :)

Bagels are pretty good(not exceptional), but their cream cheeses are great, and they package them up for sale to take home if you want. Also, they have a pretty wide variety of bagels, including jalapeño and multigrain. Finally, this is one of the only(maybe THE only) bagel places in Middletown that takes credit cards!
