Established in 1981.

Starting in 1981 with a small gymnastics school in the Old Bridge area, Head Over Heels has grown to operate 2 locations… a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Middletown and a 21,000 sq. ft. facility in Parlin. In business for over 30 years, Head Over Heels is one of the prominent gymnastics schools in New Jersey.

Gymnastics for kids. They have a fairly large area to keep the kids busy with multiple gymnastic pieces of equipment available including a nice opstical course. Young motivated staff with lots of energy to help ou little ones burn off that excess energy so mommy and daddy can actually spend some time together at night lol.
