I am an ASE certified technician that has worked at garages most of my life. I have the knowledge and experience to service most makes and models of vehicles. I don’t like to sell people things for their cars that that is unneeded, but I will bring concerns to the customers attention that may be problematic in the future. I pride myself on being honest and fair to customers and don’t like to give up until the problem is resolved.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company and their «driver» after getting in an accident on Route 9 South during icy conditions.
The state troopers insisted that I not call my insurance and wait for them to call their «tow guy» and assured me that the driver would allow me to take the bags I needed out of my cars with me, he would allow me to charge my phone that was almost dead so I could contact my insurance and drop me off at my rental place.
None of these things happened.
What happened was I was verbally abused and yelled at by the driver the entire time I was in his presence. I have never felt more unsafe alone trapped with this misogynistic Neanderthal.
The state troopers had told me to get all my bags out of the car. This driver yelled at me that these bags wouldn’t fit in his cab. So let’s see. Get yelled at by cops for putting my bags back in the car whose door doesn’t open or get yelled at by the driver for taking my bags with me as the state troopers told me to do.
When he kept yelling at me to get in the cab I asked him if the door was unlocked. Again he ignored my question and just yelled at me to get in.
These idiots would not release my car to my auto insurance. They wanted $ 195 cash for a 5.3 mile tow.
