I used their Ambulatory Surgery Center today and had a terrific experience. I was in almost immediately and treated professionally by everyone from the front desk staff to the physician. In addition to being treated so well the facility was easy to access and very clean as well. I would highly recommend using this center.

went there on a referral from dr. In horrible back pain I get there 20 minutes before my appointment they tell me the dr is 1.5 hours behind, thanks for not calling me to let me know stay away from the pain management office there

The tech that took my blood today was so friendly and helpful. When an order needed to be modified for me to obtain additional tests he offered assistance and did so with a smile on his face.

The entire staff is friendly and professional and we have always received top medical care. Getting through on their telephone system needs improvement as there are sometime lengthy waits. But overall this is a top notch facility staffed with good doctors and staff.

Consider yourself lucky if you are finally able to get through to one of Crystal Run’s rude, passive aggressive operators. That said the docs are ok, but I prefer making the trek to city for anything important.

Best hospital around. Friendly and attentive staff from receptionists to doctors. Short waits and great treatments. 24 hour appointments. ER is decent, though a wait like any other ER in the world.
