I’ve walked the trails many times now since I wrote my original review – very nice! The trails form a big loop, and you can walk the whole thing in about an hour. At one point the trail takes you back and forth over Catoctin Creek a few times, which is fun. Slightly steep in places, but nothing too strenuous. Lots of wildflowers in the spring… tons of deer and groundhogs. I’ve also seen a wild turkey and a turkey vulture. Nice break from walking sections of the Appalachian Trail, which require me to retrace my steps and are not so scenic in places.
