Just moved here from up North in Packer Country. Not quite used to this weather and the best way to get the most out of our AC unit in this climate. Guess we’re not in Kansas anymore! Couldn’t get it to operate yesterday and he came out today. Great turn around!
Cliff was met at the door by our 2 year old Puggle, and our 11 mo old Lab. He was completely at ease and the dogs adored him in like 30 seconds.
Cliff taught me a few things, mainly how best to get the most out of our unit and even pulled out a gadget to take temperatures of the air leaving the vent, the temp of the rooms and the temp of even the furniture and how it all plays out together. Very cool.
Side note!
Cliff and his technician were coming down our isolated road, they saw an elderly woman who had fallen in her yard and couldn’t get herself up again. She had been out there laying in her front yard for over 30 minutes in the 83 degree heat! They called the paramedics and while one waited with her until she was stabilized the other (Cliff) came down to do the service call. It’s an isolated road and she lives alone and I think an Angel was watching over her today.
