My in-​laws had some issues with their refrigerator a few days after Thanksgiving. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling and their water/​ice dispenser wasn’t working. They were frustrated and dreading spending $ 1,600 on a new refrigerator. I went online and found H&R’s information along with the reviews and gave them the number. My in-​laws called Harry and he returned their call within an hour. They explained to him the problems with the refrigerator and he told them what the problem was, and what they needed to do before his arrival since there was a block of ice blocking part of the mechanism. Harry told them up front what he was going to replace and what the cost was going to be. The next day Harry arrived with the parts and 45 minutes later the refrigerator was working like new. The ice maker and water dispenser were also working like new. My in-​laws were very pleased with the work and service that Harry provided them with, and his honesty and upfront rates. They would definitely recommend him to anyone having issues with their appliances!

The best service I could ask for. He was at my home early in the morning and I was out the door in time for work. He diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, fixed it in record time, and was very reasonable. He definitely is added to my contact list.
So refreshing to still find someone whose service doesn’t put you on hold for 20 minutes, returns your call in a reasonable amount of time and goes out of his way to accommodate your schedule. He is the man! You won’t be disappointed!

Our refrigerator stopped getting cold. I called Harry because of these reviews. I got his answering service and they relayed the message to Harry. Jerry O’s review was spot on. Harry called me within the hour. He was great. My fridge is 10 years old. Harry immediately knew what the problem was over the phone. We discussed whether or not I should just get a new fridge. Harry stopped by to take a look. Long story short… Harry fixed our fridge… we are up and running! No new fridge needed at this time.

I run my own business and did not have time to play with my old washing machine that was on the fritz. I had my wife call Into H&R appliance. Harry didn’t waste time. He was professional and courteous. He took time to explain things to my wife, and had her washing laundry again within the day. Another time the ice machine at our shop was down. Same deal, however this time he dealt with my father. If you knew my wife and father you would understand that this was an extraordinary feat. All three of us are very happy with Harry.

The owner returned my call within an hour and was on-​site half an hour later. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had me back in service in less than an hour. The problem was fixed with the replacement of two parts.
