Serving up fresh, locally sourced, all-​natural burgers, steaks, and tilapia! We’re traditional American comfort foods with a twist. Rotating soups made from scratch daily.

Full-​service bar, including primarily craft beers on our 14 draft lines, wide array of wines, and unique signature cocktails including «the Rumspringa». Coming soon in Winter 2015, we will have exclusive rights to the primo beer of our friends next door at Wedgewood Brewing Company!

Our warm and cozy family-​friendly atmosphere and 2 – 65 inch TVs will keep you hooked for hours. The historic 1880s-​era mural on our east-​facing wall uncovered during renovations will trick you into thinking you’re in a city much larger than Middlebury.

History

Established in 2015.

After a major 14-​month long renovation, we opened with the hopes of providing Middlebury another place to enjoy a drink and a great meal with a bit different flare than the typical Amish/​Mennonite influences around.

Fresh everything. … food is top notch… no prepackaged put in a microwave junk here. Burgers are killer, steak tips are very good and salads are crisp and full of crazy good flavors. Now the best part… the beer!!! Around 14 craft on tap at all times. Good selection. Some stuff rare some just great local beer. Full bar as well. Vanessa is awesome and so is Marcia!

I had the Tilapia, and my wife had the Fish Tacos. For starters we had the artichoke dip. I had vegetarian chili, and coleslaw with my fish. My wife had Onion Rings. It was all wonderfully prepared to perfection and the server was outstanding. Definitely will be visiting again soon.

Went here for the first time tonight with my fiancé. Being a smaller space, it felt a little crowded, but we were able to get a good table near the front window.
I ordered The Ringer burger and my fiancé had the southwest chicken salad. Both of us really enjoyed our meals. The side salad that came with my burger was excellent as well.
They have a decent drink menu as well, even though I didn’t order anything from it.
Definitely will be coming back here again.

A cool place. The 4 of us got 4 fairly different items and all were very good– the sign of a good chef. The wait staff was what you’d hope for and expect.
The atmosphere is also a lot of fun. I love the old brick look and the mural is a cool find. The Thomas Edison bulbs add a nice touch too.

Great food. I had the tilapia and my wife the pesto chicken and both were great. Came with 2 sides plus the veggie of the day (green beans). Nice beer selection… both draft and bottles, and the wine was very nicely priced. Will come back and will definitely suggest it.

Exceptionally great food. The area is a little dull but this restaurant really makes up for it. Great selection of draft beers and a super simple menu that addresses all needs. What a great atmosphere! I highly recommend.

Surprised to find this place in middlebury we had a great time. Wish they had some pasta options on the menu, and bread on the table. It would have been nice to see the servers in some type of uniform due to the fact you really couldn’t pick them out from the people who came to eat. Other than that they are on a roll with everything else and enjoyed our visit keep it going.

I was expecting big things from this place and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and the décor was very classy. I had the patty melt and it was one of the best that I’ve had in a while. The bread was crisp and buttery and the meat was cooked well. My husband had the tilapia and it was also thoroughly enjoyed.
I look forward to my next meal here and can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I went to Shipshewana for the first time and did a «Yelp» search for restaurants. 41 Degrees popped up with great reviews. So we decided to check it out. So glad we did! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The waiter was extremely polite and made you feel at home. My husband ordered the Greek Burger and you would of thought he never ate a burger before. Her thought it was absolutely amazing and the best burger he has ever had. I ordered the Chicken, bacon, ranch pita. Presentation was great and appetizing as well tasting great! The fries were also very good with homemade ranch dressing (or atleast tasted like it was). The menu isn’t extensive but the items they do have they make great! Highly recommended!!! We love 2.5 hours away from this establishment and will most definitely be going back.

We’ve eaten here twice and it’s rapidly becoming one of our favorite places. I had a build your own burger the first time and it was AMAZING! Along with our fried pickle appetizer and the soup… can’t remember what kind it was, but I’m a huge soup person and, between the two of us, we’ve had 3 different kinds and they were all amazing! Hubby had the Reuben the first time and wasn’t a fan, but he’s VERY picky about his Reuben’s so that’s not a big deal.
The second time, we had onion rings, fish tacos and a burger. We were both more then happy. I already can’t wait to go back! We’re thrilled to have such awesome food so close to home!

$ 9.50 for a glass of mediocre wine??? Up until yesterday I’ve never paid that much for a glass of wine! I’ve eaten in some of the best restaurants all over the country and never paid that much for a glass of wine! For that reason I will not go back.

My husband and I were back in town visiting our families and I had heard this was a great new spot for dinner and drinks. It lived up to the hype and more! We waited probably 15 minutes for a table which seemed very reasonable for 8pm on a Friday. We were seated in the bar area and were pleased to see the Pirates game on one TV and the Tour of Utah on the other. Any bar that has cycling on is a winner in my book!
I’m pregnant so I didn’t grab a beer but they had a great list of Indiana and Michigan beers on tap. Hubs had a Three Floyds and lamented that we can’t get their beer in Pittsburgh.
The food was superb. I had the grilled vegetable pita. It had hummus, muenster cheese, and perfectly grilled seasonal veggies. They should charge more than $ 9 for this! It was so flavorful and delicious I should have ordered one to go for the next day! My mom had the same thing and also loved it. The other diners at the table had the pesto chicken and fish tacos. Both disappeared so quickly that I didn’t get to try them but they looked great!
Next time we’re in town we are definitely heading to Middlebury to sample more of the menu. And a brewery is opening next door. What more could you ask for?!

Just stopped in for a brew cool place bathrooms clean cool mural! No bud light on tap and beer was to warm to our liking. Didn’t eat but everything looked great. Will definetly come back when we r in the area to taste the food.

Great food in a unique atmosphere. My wife had the day’s special Blueberry Chicken and really enjoyed it and I had the sirloin with home made steak sauce. The Bavarian Mushroom Soup was wonderful and so was the Spicy Corn. This place is a welcome addition to the area and well worth the stop. Highly recommended!

Great food and atmosphere. We will be back again for sure. Husband for the ribeye, green beans & onion rings. Steak was gooood. I got the steak burger with co-​jack cheese with fried. OMG. everything was yummy. The Cole slaw is red cabbage and creamy but not sweet so not my fave but I got the fries and they were good.

Great food and great service! Naomi was our waitress, she was absolutely fabulous. She was spot on with all the drinks and food she recommend.
My husband had the Reuben, said it was hands down one of the best he’s had. I had a delicious chicken pita, would definitely give it a 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend driving over to eat there if visiting shipshewana.
Also for you beer lovers, their working on a nice outside beer garden. Coming soon:)
