Permanent-Line’s founder, Astrid Schneider Harper, brought the technology to the United States in 1986 resulting in a skyrocketing demand for the new and innovative concept of permanent make-​up. She has worked with various plastic surgeons and dermatologists from around the world. Together with her staff of professional clinicians, Astrid has performed more than 30,000 cosmetic enhancements.

Astrid refined the unique beauty concept of micro-​pigmentation technology in Europe. Astrid and her mother, Barbara Schneider, have pioneered the field in Germany and perfected the technique that delivers natural-​looking results. The Schneider family owns and operates more than 10 micro-​pigmentation sites throughout Germany and Tenerife, Spain.
