I have to say, I love these guys! I’ve been in a newly built home since 2012 and I’ve always had an issue with my heater/​AC unit. Countless times I’ve had guys out to my home misdiagnosing things and fortunately, the majority of the visits have been under warranty. My most recent encounter was the unit went out on one of the coldest nights of the season. I called the main number the next day and they were able to have a tech out that evening. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed my unit quickly. Sunny does a fantastic job and if Climatic is not taking care of him financially, they are nuts! I now have a go to AC/​HVAC place I can count on and trust. After a nightmare experience with Michael and Sons, it’s a great thing.

We called Climatic two years ago July when our AC was out. We knew we needed a new unit but we were trying to shop around and make sure we got what we needed at a reasonable price. My husband had talked to several vendors and was a little disappointed by how most vendors were trying to sell us a much bigger unit then we had and take advantage of the fact that we were in a heat wave in the middle of July.
Then we called Climatic. Sonny came out and got our unit running free of charge until we were able to get a new unit installed. He explained exactly what we needed and we felt was very fair and honest. We gave him the business right away. We had a unit installed and were very happy with how efficient the new unit is. We noticed a drop in our bills right away. We were also happy with how the installation techs were very clean, friendly and fast installing the new unit.
Climatic has since been servicing our unit every spring/​fall and we are very pleased by how thorough, clean and informative the techs are. If you are looking for a HVAC Company, Climatic is the right choice.

Climatic is a 5 –star show. I have had them replace 2 A/​C units on my homes and also do minor repairs. Their pricing is very competitive and the best. They are honest. They show up as scheduled. They work quickly and efficiently and never have left a mess. I would not use anyone else. The owner definitely carries his high values to the rest of his team and it shows. Call them first!!!

I have used climatic as my HVAC contractor since the early 1990“s. Reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. Whenever there is an issue, they respond within the same day.

Sunny and the team at Climatic were very helpful. We bought a new system and it was installed next day and has been working perfect. My family and I will use them again without hesitation.

I had a new heat pump installed 3 years back in South Riding, and the service provided by Sonny and his staff was superb. Sonny gave me a Terrapin discount since we both graduated from the same college. He was up front with his pricing and made sure all your questions were asked. There were no pressure sales tactics by him. After the work was complete he dropped by to ensure the work was completed properly by their standards and he took pictures for future training. I definitely would buy from him again.

Ironically, when I am working with a customer or client who has a service contract with an HVAC company that they love, it almost always IS Climatic!
I live in Leesburg and have used them myself for a replacement system. I even just got an email reminder to set up my spring service to get ready for the AC season.

We came home from a week long vacation to find that our AC unit wasn’t working properly. The thermostat showed that the inside temperature was 79 and the fan unit was blowing warm air throughout the house. Thinking that maybe if we shutdown the AC unit itself it would have a chance to cool-​down and work again. After a few hours we started the AC unit again but the air started off cool and then went warm again. Eventually the temperature in the house reached 82 degrees. Knowing that it would be tough to get a company to come out on a Sunday during the hottest week thus far in the year we sifted through several reviews such as Unilocal and Google and finally decided to call Climatic Heating & Cooling, a local company. The answering service company answered the phone, took our information and advised that a technician would be calling us back from Climatic. Within 15 minutes we received that call. Understanding that most companies would be slammed with service calls we weren’t expecting any miracles and would have sucked it up until first thing Monday morning if needed. The company rep advised us of their Sunday service charge rates, which we thought was reasonable, so we asked if someone could come out. The rep advised that the technicians were swamped with services calls, but would try to get us in. Within 2 hours later, we received a call from the technician, JR, who said he was about 20 minutes away. AWESOME. JR was courteous, polite, and friendly. He went right to work testing the AC unit and conducting diagnostic checks. Shortly thereafter JR returned with the malfunctioning part, he showed us where it showed abnormal wear and our AC unit was FIXED. JR was extremely comprehensive in his explanation of what had happened to the AC unit and recommendations for future maintenance. The overall price was very reasonable and we even found a $ 15 off coupon on the Climatic website.
We noticed that ALL of the positive reviews for Climatic on Unilocal were «filtered» and not showing therefore the only one that counted for the public rating wasn’t very positive (only two stars). We were very satisfied with the service we received from Climatic, couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Our AC unit is over 12 years old so when we look to obtain estimates for replacement units we are defiantly going to call Climatic.

We found this company after searching for HVAC businesses that could install a whole house humidifier. The representative that answered my call was friendly and after inquiring about an estimate for the service, I was directed to Sonny’s voice mail. I left a voice mail and I did not receive a return call. The following day, I gave them a second chance and I was advised Sonny was at a meeting and they could direct me to his voice mail, but no other options were available. Maybe the service I’m am inquiring is not considered profitable enough for them? They were friendly answering the phone, but that’s as far as I could get with customer service.
