I had an accident that required surgery on my knee. After the recuperation period I began going to ProMet for my physical therapy. I felt somewhat nervous because I was picking a name off a list, based on the proximity to my home. I couldn’t find any consumer r3eviews online. But called and spoke with Ryan Martin. He is very professional and personable. He sounded like he understood what my physical issues were, so I went in to see him. He was very attentive and patient. Since I have been going there (almost 2 months) I have seen definite improvement in my physical functioning. Ryan’s office is very friendly, he sees a wide range of different ages from kids through teens to seniors. Everyone does a therapy routine that fits their condition. Ryan is helped by enthusiastic interns and other staff members. He stays on top of what I am doing, even when he is busy with other clients. He is focused on client safety as well. No one is doing anything unattended. He is enthusiastic about my progress, which helps me to stay motivated as I realized that my full recovery was not going to be instantaneous. He is open to questions and explains what he is doing. I was afraid that physical therapy was going to be painful and it hasn’t been. A little uncomfortable sometimes, but it’s not scary — like going to the dentist!
