Pace Tire And Diagnostic Center

So far so good sat for 5 minutes and they took my suv in right away to take care of my tires. Oh yea I ordered them from
good prices.

Realized my inspection was several days expired and stopped by hoping I could wait for it at 7am. The guys were very accommodating. They did my inspection and topped off my washer fluid. Was in and out so quickly I even made it to work with time to spare! I’ll definitely be back for my vehicle maintenance needs.

This place was a life saver! I live in Michigan and got a flat tire driving out to NY. I happened to stumble onto this place by googling «tire repair open on Sunday» near my hotel. Jimmy was very friendly and knowledgable. They didn’t have my tires in stock, but ordered them on Sunday and they were replaced by Monday at noon. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!

I went here to get my car inspected without an appointment, they got me in and out in a jiffy!

Had a nice experience today. I had my tire fixed at the Nissan dealership only to find out the job was done very sloppy. Jimmy recommended saving my tire
and not have me spend the money on a new tire. I appreciate the honesty and help. Thanks again!

I’ve been here twice before for a quick for state inspection and had no issues. It’s a small service station that’s pretty popular because I always see cars getting worked on when I’m there. The staff were cool and friendly. The last time I was there one of the service men who did the inspection gave me a heads up that I would need some new brakes soon which was cool. I will return for inspections and other car needs as necessary especially since its not too far from where I live.

Took my car to Pace for state inspection. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Jimmy and the crew were great on getting me out of there on time.

Have had a few repairs done here and they are always honest and really nice to work with. The most recent experience (today) was due to having them install a new starter last week which turned out to be defective (I totally realize sh*t happens and they can’t control the parts they get) and left me stranded over the weekend. I had the car towed to them on Saturday (they stayed late for me to get it to them) then re-​fixed the car with another new starter at no charge whatsoever. Always nice guys there and always have great service. I’ll continue to have my car serviced there as long as I own it.

My husband and I recently brought our car to Pace to get a new set of tires and really had a fantastic experience. Originally we spoke with Kevin and he was extremely helpful. He gave us different price options for the correct size tires and got us in when we wanted to bring the car. Unfortunately, after starting all the work, it turned out we also needed a few other things done. Matt one again explained everything in detail to my husband and was very professional. Originally he said he would need the car for another two days (in order to get the correct parts). Once my husband explained that I was pregnant and we needed the car he promised to have it finishes the next day by noon. To our surprise, 5:30 that night, the car was ready for pick up. He was able to get the part and finish up in order to help us out.
Since we’re new to the neighborhood we picked Pace based on Unilocal reviews and convenience to home. After having a great experience with them, we’ll definitely be using them as our regular spot for car upkeep.

Though this place is a bit pricey it is worth the money. The staff is helpful. I always do my wheel alignments here because of the professionalism and I don’t trust many people with my Beemer. I havn’t really done anything except wheel alignments but based on my experience it is a good place.

After calling ahead to see if they would have time before closing for a patch on a tire, guy who answered said we could come within 15 minutes. We got there in 10 and he claimed «he didn’t tell us that» and didn’t remember talking to us. After producing our call history, he just grunted. Customer service is everything and you just FAILED. There are too many other options to settle. Don’t go here!

Just got my tires remounted here. Some idiot at tirerack mounted them inside out, Jesus.
They got it flipped in a timely manner, they were rather busy, I guess people are hitting pot holes here and there due to the shitty weather.
Overall satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to come here when needed.

I always had trouble finding honest friendly reliable mechanics. I heard of this place Pace tires from a friend and gave it a shot. On my first visit I need a 4 wheel alignment and the front desk workers were friendly and very helpful with what needs to be done. I went again for tire replacements and again I like how the employees at this shop are make you feel comfortable and not shady with the work and prices. I will still have to visit more for a solid 5 star rate but I will definitely be coming going back for auto repairments!

Went here to get a nail taken out of my tire. Other places I’ve had this done never costs me more then $ 10. I waited quite a long time to get this taken care of here today and it cost me $ 32! The place and workers here are very nice but that bill for a plug in my tire was astronomical! The more I think about this I feel incredibly ripped off. I’ll only go here again if it’s an emergency.

Had a nail in my tire. Went in at opening time 7am, Kevin made sure I was helped right away. Even though it was somewhat busy with a few people there, they were able to get me in and out quickly, and the cost was very reasonable. I’ve been coming here a long time and have not been disappointed.

I came here to get new tires. The staff was helpful, courteous and even fun. Price was very reasonable and they did everything to get me in and out quickly as I waited. I recommend this place highly.

Solid local repair shop in Maspeth. I use them for all my basic auto maintenance on my 2007 Sentra. Prices are reasonable, and they do take the time to explain the work they will be doing. Their estimates have been spot on.

I used to go here a lot and have my car serviced here. After the mechanics I used to see here Aero and I think Mike? …I think was his name, left, I no longer go here. It’s just really hard to find an honest mechanic ever.
When I would bring my car, either of these guys mentioned above would come over, say hello.-to my car, and ask me what I was there for. I would say what I wanted, and then they would tell me a ball park price (fair prices) and I would later return for my car.
I went not too long ago and with a different newer car, to a different guy (the guys mentioned before don’t work there anymore.) :(
Other than that, the place is nice, and friendly. The guys that I’ve been to in the last few years didn’t make me feel 100% comfortable. So I’m not saying I’m never going to go back, but i’m not going to go out of my way to go here either.
I’ve just stayed indifferent.

Great place and honest been takin care of my Mazda 2007 since warranty ran out from dealer. Great guys and take care of business the rite way. They have been in business a long time they have a big following.

Was in today for a state inspection. I have a 97 accord with 172 000 miles on it. It had the maintenance light on and I did not know if it would pass. Instead of hocking it up and charging me they brought out a hand scanner just to make sure it would pass before even writing a ticket. Great group of guys and felt no pressure at all. Must of had a completely different staff 5 years ago because the guys I dealt with were great!
