Thank you for choosing R&R Home Inspection. After 30 Years with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department I have recently retired. Throughout that time I coordinated and performed monthly fire inspections on business. I have had my MHIC license for 18 years and have been the general contractor on several buildings of new homes. I am now bringing that experience to home inspections.

I am AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) Certified and use the AHIT Reporting System that I am sure you will be satisfied viewing. I follow the state of Maryland and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards. I am an associate member of ASHI and have passed the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics examination. I will email you my report no later than next morning. I am working for you and you only and guarantee my best effort!
