Getting your brows done by Dina is really something you have to experience to believe. I found her online after days and days of searching (I’ve had really terrible experiences in the past). Brows are her art, and she’s a hell of an artist. Truly inspirational person who does amazing work. I will continue to drive an hour for the privilege.

Dina did a thorough job on my overgrown eyebrows! Her demeanor is relaxed and pleasant, she takes her time with the eyebrow treatment too. When Dina noticed my hairs were pulling more than usual, she took care to ask about my comfort and then iced them to numb the area. I highly recommend her services, though a bit pricey, her service can’t be beat!

Dina does an amazing job. It’s hard for me to find someone who can always make my brows look really good, so I’m always very picky about trying a new person. I had never tried threading before, and didn’t even know exactly what she would be doing when I made my appointment. I found her on Unilocal and saw the before and afters from her clients and was very impressed. So I went for it, and I’m so glad I did! It’s pricey but worth it. She’s has a really soothing, nice personality, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing.

I can attest to the earlier 5 star reviews that Dina is, in fact, a brow healer in every sense of the word! After looking for someone that could do threading, I stumbled upon her gorgeous website and browsed through some before and after shots. Her studio is very professional, clean and she made me feel so incredibly comfortable. After the first session i could already tell she was going to get my brows exactly where I have always wanted them to be. She does not simply do hair removal. It’s much more than that. She has the knowledge of shaping the brow to each unique facial structure. We have great conversations, she calms you with her touch, and will put ice if you feel pain. I can’t say enough great things about DS Brow Healing. Thanks to Dina, my eyebrows have reached their full potential!

I found Dina through Unilocal and boy am I happy I did! She does an amazing job! My brows are kind of uneven/​different shapes and she evened them out perfectly and gave me a nice arch that I didn’t even think was possible!?! Dina takes her time, carefully selecting each hair to give you the perfect shape. She even explained to me which ones she was leaving and why.

It feels like she really cares about your eyebrows. She helps you grow them in and fill them in the right places instead of plucking them into nonexistence. Amazing job, I would recommend her every time!

For years I had been getting my eyebrows waxed by the same girl. When I moved to New Orleans I took a long, long break from any kind of hot wax to my face. I had started to develop some sort of reaction to the hot wax. I found out about Dina from a Unilocal search and then began following her on Instagram. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but really curious to see if she was the real deal. Finally after a couple of months of debating I decided to get in contact with her. She was quick to reply to my emails and full of info. I booked my appointment and waited for my day to arrive.
From the moment I walked in the door I got the feeling I was in the right place. Dina is sweet and engaging and so easy to talk to. Every step of the process is explained to you as she works and I love that. She tells you what products she is using, explains what she is doing and why and even gets you involved in the process. Some people are just there to do a job, but with Dina you really get the sense that she loves what she does. She is full of information and is so willing to share it with you. It definitely feels like you’re doing more then just getting your eyebrows done. Plus the little massage she does in your brows and forehead at the end is AMAZING!!! Dina is a mystical eyebrow goddess!
I’ve had 2 appointments with her and I will most definitely be back. I can already see a beautiful difference in my eyebrows, they’re growing out better than expected. Don’t waste your time like I did, book an appointment asap. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Dina does an incredible job! I never knew there was so much to know about eyebrows until I started going to her. She talks you through every step of the process and makes your feel as comfortable as possible. Every time I see her she has a new setup, product, or equipment that benefits the customer. I won’t ever let anyone else touch my brows.

After going to Dina, I will never trust anyone else to touch my brows! She is truly the best and her shaping abilities are an art. Dina is meticulous and explains every step of the way so there are no surprises at the end of your appointment. I’ve always accepted that my brows are ‘sisters not twins’ due to years of mediocre waxing but with Dina’s vision I’m working on getting them thicker and more even. I cannot recommend her enough!

Oh to be a transplant in New Orleans. The fun, the culture, all the above… But then you remember someone has to keep you MAINTAINED. You must find an assemble a new glam squad. Hair, nails… BROWS. The horror of trusting someone new.
Happy to say that I’ve found 1 of the 3 services listed above that I am 100% satisfied with. After a terrible threading that left me with brows thinner than thin, I let them grow out for over a month. Browsing the foolery of instagram I found DS Brow Healing! Not only were the pics amazing. The way she explained each person’s brow progress convinced me that she was more than the usual, in & out, same shape for all, threader.
She does more than thread. She SHAPES your brows. And to top it off, her personality is as BEAUTIFUL as she is.

I was looking for a professional who could shape my brow without the horrible waxing. Every person I would go to for brow sevice took one look at my brows and went crazy. After 10 years of torturing my face I decided to grow them out and find a pro. I found Dina on Unilocal and read all of her reviews. I know it’s hard to believe that one person deserves 5 stars (i know i did) but Dina does! Dina is kind and welcoming. Which is a big change from typical salons. She put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do before starting. And she kept me informed throughout the process. Dina loves what she does and it shows through her work. The icing on the cake was her personality! Dina is a gift to eye brows every where!

Y’all, go see my girl Dina. She will check you into brow rehab and convince you to leave those tweezers behind. She is kind, knowledgeable, and meticulous in her work.

I’ve been very skeptical of going to eyebrow waxers and threaders after a brutal job done at a nail salon in high school, so I’ve always taken on the task of shaping my eyebrows myself. However, after deciding to let them grow out more, I was nervous to touch them because I didn’t want to undo all my hard work and they looked too different in shape to even know where to start. Dina immediately set me at ease and kept me informed throughout the appointment by letting me know exactly what hairs she was removing, which she was leaving, and why. Dina did an amazing job and I walked out feeling like I didn’t even need to fill them in (which I rarely leave the house without doing). Dina instructing me on how to maintain them and how long I can expect the results to last before having to clean them up myself and before having to go in for another appointment. I would highly recommend!

«I have only gotten my eyebrows threaded twice before the Brow Healing experience, and let me tell you, I have never experienced anything like the joy I felt when I saw my eyebrows after they were done by the one & only Dina Sandakli herself! The first lady I went to get threaded by literally left red marks all over my face, & when my eyes started to water from the pain, she told me I was just fine, but no worries about ever enduring such an experience again because that was enough to make me not want to go back. Dina makes sure you feel extra special with great music, a sense of humor you won’t forget, & step-​by-​step descriptions of what she thinks would look best & how she will go about doing it, so you have your eyebrows looking right & you feel good about them! Her genuine, infectious, beautiful personality is very comforting & refreshing in this field, where customer satisfaction is absolutely necessary & key! I only wish I lived in Louisiana so I could keep going back, because I finally found the one that’s right for me! Awesome job. the best brow service I’ve ever experienced. I got a bad brow service in January, in which half of my brow was removed and I sent Dina a text explaining that. I have been growing them back since my horrible experience and was very particular about getting them shaped this time around. She took her time during the consultation to explain what she would be doing on my brows and she also listened to my expectations from the visit. She also educated me on things to do to promote brow growth. Very friendly and professional. she perfected the look that I wanted for my brows. I’ll defintely be a return customer.
