I was very disappointed with my experience. He quoted me for some work we had discussed and then after waiting all weekend to get in, i was told he wouldn’t do the work because his insurance didn’t cover that kind of thing or because it required more labor than expected. He wasn’t really clear but he gave me one excuse after another and tried to talk me out of installing the new shocks I had bought altogether. If he wasn’t covered by insurance for it he should have known that or at least looked into it before scheduling an appointment. If that was the reason he should have just been honest and straight forward but he gave me so many silly excuses why he didn’t want to do it, it made me think he underestimated the job and then wouldn’t back up what he quoted me for.

These are amazing, super-​friendly people that have never let me down. They never charge for repairs that aren’t needed and have always been totally honest with me about problems with my car. Mind you, this isn’t a fancy place with hot coffee and cookies while you wait. It looks a little shady, but trust me when I say that they are the best around.
