History
Established in 2013.
Chef Antonio opened this same location with two business partners in September of 2011. Acting as head chef and kitchen manager he quickly developed a regular following of dedicated customers who continued to return to savor his authentic Mediterranean cuisine. However, after several months he folded his partnership due to management issues. In July of 2013 the restaurant was vacated and he was invited to return. He and his wife, who is a licensed therapist and clinical social worker, are now the sole proprietors. The local community was thrilled to have him back and he has picked up where he left off and beyond, producing items that were not previously offered, such as his own homemade mozzarella and Buratta cheese. Chef Antonio is a passionate chef and restauranteur at heart, beginning with his first restaurant in Milan and then later one on the Isle of Ponza where he was born. One visit will convince you that he is here to stay!

I was born in my grandmother’s house on the Isle of Ponza just off the coast of Naples. My passion for Italian cooking began in her kitchen when I was only 9 years old. I later owned and operated my own restaurants in Milan and Ponza. When I came to the states in 1999 I stayed true to my heritage of producing the kind of food I cooked with my grandmother. Essential ingredients and techniques set my food apart. My recipes are simple, fresh and to the point, just like in my grandmother’s kitchen.
